Owns end-to-end video production and broadcast delivery, including scripting, shooting, editing, lighting, audio, scheduling, studio management, streaming, and content development. Creates videos for marketing, training, recruiting, announcements, social media, member testimonials, and podcasts. The role recommends production technologies, maintains studio systems, manages vendors, addresses security and technical issues, mentors team members, and partners with Marketing, Public Relations, Training, IT, and business units. Requires at least five years of video broadcasting and recording experience, including three years in post-production editing.

Design and govern end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, design systems, and accessible interfaces informed by research, analytics, and feedback. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, compliance, communications, IT, and vendors to improve usability, platform integration, consistency, and business outcomes. Lead platform enhancements, communicate design rationale, and influence digital experience strategy.

Develops and supports data programming applications, ETL pipelines, SQL databases, data warehouses, reporting platforms, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions. The role uses SQL, Python, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and related programming tools to transform data, optimize reporting, maintain data integrity, support production ETL jobs, troubleshoot systems, and translate complex data trends for organizational leaders. Responsibilities also include requirements gathering, technical documentation, project execution, queue management, and on-call production support.
