Leads a cross-functional team delivering an AI-enabled federal decision-support capability from discovery through deployment and operations. Owns technical strategy, architecture, integration, delivery planning, risk management, security, quality, and operational readiness. Aligns software, data, AI, infrastructure, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity teams while partnering with customers and stakeholders. Builds and mentors the technical organization, resolves ambiguity, and ensures secure, explainable, maintainable systems are delivered effectively.

Owns new business development and account expansion across military services and Combatant Commands. Responsibilities include territory strategy, sourcing and closing new federal software business, capture and contract-vehicle selection, funding alignment, executive and customer relationship management, CRM and forecast discipline, and translating mission needs into product feedback. Requires extensive intelligence-community technology sales experience, first-dollar wins, acquisition fluency, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, specifications, and delivery of AI and ML-driven enterprise products. Collaborate with customers, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and presales to define use cases, develop features, manage dependencies, ensure quality, support go-to-market efforts, and evangelize products. Monitor market trends and competitors while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Administer AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments end to end. Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, virtual machines, identity, endpoints, automation, Terraform-based infrastructure, monitoring, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, compliance evidence, and AI platform administration. Build resilient and governed environments, automate operational workflows, maintain documentation, support incident response, and partner with engineering, security, and operations. The role requires US citizenship and work within the United States.

The Vice President of Investor Relations will support firm-wide fundraising strategy, manage existing investor reporting and engagement, develop prospective investor relationships, present fund strategy and performance, strengthen strategic partnerships, lead the Annual General Meeting, create investor marketing and diligence materials, and manage the LP CRM system.

Lead software design, architecture, and delivery for a defense-focused program: gather requirements, drive technical vision, coordinate cross-functional teams, implement front-end data-visualization features, integrate analytics/optimization, and manage unclassified-to-secure deployment and CI/CD to deliver working, government-deployable software.

Owns new business development and the full federal sales lifecycle across military services and Combatant Commands. Responsibilities include pipeline creation, strategic account planning, customer engagement, opportunity shaping, capture and proposal coordination, negotiation, forecasting, and contract close. Builds relationships with senior government stakeholders, navigates federal acquisition pathways and funding processes, leads demonstrations and workshops, coordinates internal teams, tracks market intelligence, and expands enterprise software and services revenue.

Lead product and platform engineering to build, deploy, and operate AI-enabled applications and agents. Embed with customers to translate workflows into production systems, deliver integrations, ensure secure, scalable architectures, and feed product improvements back to the core platform from prototype through production.

Own and operate contract and subcontract lifecycle for a major U.S. defense program: draft, negotiate, administer subcontracts, track milestones and invoice readiness, build scalable contract operations, maintain audit-ready records, support leadership with change-impact analysis and dispute resolution, and ensure contractual compliance across multi-party subcontractor ecosystems.

Contract UX Designer responsible for product and marketing UX: design agent-facing workflows, wireframes, prototypes, website and marketing visuals, executive and conference decks, and cohesive demo experiences. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing, maintain design systems, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for net-new customers, build territory and pipeline, engage C‑suite stakeholders, run consultative discovery and ROI-driven business cases, design and execute POCs, partner with solutions engineering and product, and consistently achieve or exceed ARR targets and expansions.

Design and build data and model layers for an accredited AI decision-support system: record matching, calibrated scoring, provenance-tracked retrieval and generation, secure ingestion pipelines, model packaging/serving, and instrumentation for audit and accreditation.

Customer-facing technical role partnering with Sales to translate requirements into use cases, design solutions, and build rapid demos/POCs. Own demo assets, write solution artifacts, feed product feedback, and ensure smooth delivery handoffs between Sales and Engineering.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance for multiple incubations: build financial models (including M&A and liquidity events), scenario and cash planning, comps analysis, monitor unit economics and performance metrics, support fundraising and investor materials, and partner with cross-functional teams to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
