Leads enterprise software architecture across Red 6’s AR defense products and future platforms. Defines architecture roadmaps, governance, engineering standards, modernization initiatives, and secure cloud, edge, embedded, real-time, AI/ML, simulation, and mission software architectures. Partners with engineering, product, systems, program, and executive teams; guides integrated hardware/software systems, aircraft and avionics integration, digital engineering, risk mitigation, customer engagements, staffing, and mentorship. Ensures scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and mission-ready software ecosystems.

Lead electrical architecture, design, test, integration, and manufacturing for next-generation AR airborne systems. Derive subsystem requirements, perform trade studies, prototype and verify designs, produce documentation, mentor the electrical team, and ensure compliance with military environmental and EMI/EMC standards.

Execute hardware and system-level tests, troubleshoot electrical/optical/mechanical failures, use lab diagnostic tools, record and report test data, support test bench setup and maintenance, assist engineers with validation and root cause analysis, and provide on-site technical support during integration and field testing.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute development engineering programs across the DoD acquisition lifecycle. Own cost, schedule, performance, and risk baselines; manage contracts, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors; produce program artifacts (IMS, SOWs, specs, risk databases, cost/cash/revenue models); coordinate engineering, test, quality, manufacturing, and Gov DevSecOps deployments; ensure ITAR, CMMC, and AS9100 compliance; support proposals and revenue forecasting.

The Technical Supply Chain Manager will lead supply chain execution for aerospace products, managing sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and collaboration with contract manufacturers, ensuring compliance with aerospace and DOD standards.

Lead development, validation, and deployment of production test systems for PCBA, subassemblies, and system-level aerospace electronics. Develop test strategies, scripts, fixtures, and test racks; validate repeatability and reliability; support contract manufacturers, troubleshoot yield issues, drive root cause analysis, and maintain compliance, documentation, and production readiness.

Lead Navy-focused business development: create and execute BD strategy, shape requirements, manage capture and proposals, build Navy relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and evolve BD processes for Navy contracts.

Lead system architecture with hardware emphasis and complementary software understanding. Drive technical decisions, trade studies, and systems integration. Translate customer requirements into subsystem specifications, collaborate with government customers, and define internal technical roadmaps to meet defense/aerospace AR/VR product needs.
