Lead full contract lifecycle for federal and commercial contracts: draft, review, negotiate, administer, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and export regulations, manage risk and subcontract flow-downs, support proposals, maintain contract records, and advise leadership on contractual strategy and data rights.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute development engineering programs across the DoD acquisition lifecycle. Own cost, schedule, performance, and risk baselines; manage contracts, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors; produce program artifacts (IMS, SOWs, specs, risk databases, cost/cash/revenue models); coordinate engineering, test, quality, manufacturing, and Gov DevSecOps deployments; ensure ITAR, CMMC, and AS9100 compliance; support proposals and revenue forecasting.

The Technical Supply Chain Manager will lead supply chain execution for aerospace products, managing sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and collaboration with contract manufacturers, ensuring compliance with aerospace and DOD standards.
