Lead day-to-day people operations for a Series A startup including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll administration, HR policy and records management, ATS configuration and recruiting outreach, vendor relationships, and internal operations improvements. Partner with CEO, CoS, hiring managers, recruiters, finance, and legal to scale hiring, performance reviews, and employee experience.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for high-volume cold calling to find, qualify, and book meetings for AEs across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Run discovery on first calls, record call outcomes, follow a proven playbook, and ramp quickly with coaching toward a monthly qualified-meeting quota. Onsite full-time in NYC.

Own and build the data platform: design real-time ingestion, schemas, and pipelines for high-volume ML jobs; consolidate and cleanse messy datasets; enable agent context and developer access to analytics.

Partner with founders to define and ship Rebar's product roadmap. Talk to customers, prioritize high-impact problems, iterate with engineering and design, launch features and new products, and build processes for product planning and execution.

Sell Rebar's construction-focused software by owning the full sales cycle, running live demos on customers' drawings, building relationships across HVAC/electrical/plumbing trades, gathering customer feedback to shape product and pricing, and partnering with founders to drive GTM strategy.

Build and scale Rebars marketing engine across demand generation, performance channels, content, events, ABM, and partnerships. Own pipeline-driven campaigns, founder-led content, customer storytelling, sales enablement, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. Measure and optimize attribution, CAC, and funnel conversion while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and the CEO.

Design, build, and operate an internal ML platform: CLI/SDK/frontend services, IaC integrations for compute/storage/serving, observability and cost tooling, model registry/feature store management, and developer-facing APIs to accelerate ML experiment-to-production workflows.

Build and operate end-to-end revenue automations across acquisition, expansion, renewal, and win-back. Design enrichment, scoring, routing, and lifecycle-trigger systems; partner with BDRs, AEs, and Marketing; use AI coding tools to rapidly build, verify, and maintain automation stack; measure pipeline, influenced revenue, and win-back metrics and iterate against results.
