Support and lead client trainings, manage day-to-day client communication, create training materials, track onboarding tasks and timelines, identify adoption blockers, and share customer feedback with Product, Engineering, and Sales. The role grows into owning SaaS implementations from sales handoff through go-live, including client trainings and onsite kickoffs.

Own post-handoff client relationships for Rebar’s AI construction software. Responsibilities include driving adoption, answering product questions, conducting client calls and training, gathering feedback, managing escalations, supporting renewals and account growth, analyzing usage trends, and developing scalable client success playbooks. The role partners closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, CX, and company founders in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Partner with company founders to shape product strategy and execution for AI-native construction software. Engage customers to understand workflows, prioritize high-impact problems, improve the core product, launch features, translate feedback into product direction, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership onsite role requiring comfort with ambiguity, rapid learning, and cross-functional alignment.
