Leads estimating, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of long-lead electrical equipment for construction and infrastructure projects. Partners with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and post-award teams to manage procurement from sourcing through delivery and closeout. Partners with leadership and cross-functional construction teams on regional growth strategies and pursuit decisions. Maintains pipeline data in Salesforce and represents the company at networking, civic, and industry events.

Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Partners with HR and business leaders to manage the roadmap, drive adoption, oversee support and releases, maintain data quality, evaluate AI capabilities, support integrations, and ensure reliable employee and manager experiences. Manages vendors, controls, enhancements, and a team of Oracle HCM professionals while aligning platform investments with organizational goals.

Oversee financial activity for construction projects, including budgets, actual costs, forecasts, change orders, cost controls, revenue recognition, invoicing, subcontractor billings, payments, and accounts receivable. Review contracts for billing requirements, ensure compliance with tax and documentation standards, prepare client requisitions, and support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee full-cycle project accounting from setup through closeout.
