Lead global ERP/CRM/SAP digital transformation programs, owning integrated plans, budgets, risks, governance, vendor and global delivery. Analyze case volume trends, recommend process improvements, support automation/self-service, maintain knowledgebase content, and present insights to senior leaders to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor technical teams in a hybrid role.

Serve as a customer-focused HR Analyst delivering high-volume hire-to-retire transactional support and Workday/HRIS data administration. Manage SLAs via case management, analyze and improve People Services processes, ensure data protection compliance, meet KPIs, collaborate with onshore teams, and drive continuous process improvements using CORE principles.

Manage timecard accuracy, payroll calculations, and compliance with federal/state wage laws. Lead contract lifecycle for Patriot spares including proposal development, negotiations, execution, administration, compliance with FAR/DFARS, cross-functional coordination, customer relationship management, and contract closeout; supports sustainment and transactional spares contracting.

Provide HR shared-services support to ~3,000 employees via phone, email, chat and case management. Resolve policy and HR system inquiries, document cases, create/audit knowledge articles, escalate complex issues, and meet quality and compliance metrics using ServiceNow, Workday and related systems.

Lead vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data and AI products. Translate business goals into AI/analytics solutions, define KPIs, prioritize backlogs, collaborate with engineering, data science, and Agile Release Train teams, and iterate using usage metrics and VOC research to improve generative AI solutions.
