Develops and maintains Integrated Master Schedules and Program Measurement Baselines, integrates cost and schedule data, performs critical path, risk, variance, and cost analyses, and supports planning and estimating. The role incorporates contractual changes into program schedules, prepares performance reports, and ensures compliance with government and customer requirements while collaborating with program, finance, contracts, and technical teams.

Coordinates factory capital planning, prioritization, appropriation requests, project tracking, spending forecasts, and leadership reporting. Partners with operations, project management, finance, and business-unit leaders to align capital investments with growth plans. Improves capital management systems, dashboards, reporting tools, processes, and corrective actions while supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Manages employee relations, engagement, policy interpretation, performance coaching, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and HR process execution. Partners with leaders and employees to build high-performing teams, supports workforce planning and organizational changes, and facilitates compensation, development, and training programs. The role operates in a hybrid environment and may require up to 20% travel.

Provides administrative and organizational support to program and warehouse management, including calendar management, document preparation, office supplies, meetings, correspondence, travel and expense reporting, records, EH&S coordination, vehicle administration, visitor processing, facilities coordination, reception, and general office tasks. The role is onsite and requires a valid driver’s license and Government of Canada security clearance.

Leads financial analysts and manages program cost controls, earned value analysis, Estimate at Completion forecasts, and compliance with financial policies. Supports monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, long-range plans, program reviews, proposals, negotiations, and program startup activities. Partners with program management and product leadership teams, prepares financial reporting, and manages competing deadlines. Requires U.S. citizenship, financial systems experience, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Manages the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, administration, compliance, risk mitigation, and closeout. Interprets FAR and DFARS requirements, handles OTAs, NDAs, international agreements, intellectual property matters, and trade compliance issues involving ITAR and EAR. Collaborates with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Program Management, supports customers, and mentors junior contract staff. Limited travel is required.

Supports the Supply Chain Management Finance leadership team by coordinating weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI deliverables, including overhead budgets, support pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM, and SFP reviews. The analyst coordinates with FP&A, finance, operations, quality, and other cross-functional teams; prioritizes deadlines and deliverables; prepares professional presentations; and handles ad hoc business analysis tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Supports SAP production planning systems and Operations technology solutions. Responsibilities include SAP ECC support, SAP S/4HANA transformation participation, requirements gathering, functional and technical solution design, integration, troubleshooting, ERP project leadership, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, documentation, and post-go-live knowledge transfer. The role partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams and may require travel based on project needs.

Leads digital technology planning and execution for aerospace and defense programs. Serves as the primary digital partner to leadership, program management, engineering, and functional teams. Develops technology roadmaps, manages scope, cost, schedules, metrics, financials, staffing, and operating plans. Oversees digital transformation, Agile initiatives, compliance with security frameworks, resource allocation, third-party collaboration, and cross-functional problem resolution from proposal through sustainment.

Designs, develops, optimizes, and maintains scalable data workflows and pipelines using Matillion, HVR, and Databricks. Performs data transformation, modeling, SQL development, analytics, and troubleshooting while ensuring data quality, security, governance, and compliance. Collaborates with data scientists, analysts, architects, and business data owners to translate requirements into technical solutions and documents data processes. The role requires substantial data engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and risk and opportunity analysis for a naval systems business unit. Develops AOP and long-range plans, analyzes bookings, sales, profit, cash flow, investments, and balance sheet activity, and presents insights to leadership. Oversees process improvements, financial data integrity, and contractual compliance while managing a small finance team and supporting cross-functional decision-making.

Supports financial program controls for DoD development contracts, including Earned Value Management, financial planning, monthly performance reporting, estimates at completion, forecasting, and cost analysis. Partners with program leadership and cross-functional teams to identify discrepancies, prepare financial reports, and support corrective actions. The role requires finance or accounting experience, FP&A knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for enterprise AI-enabled applications, including LLM-powered chatbots and conversational interfaces. Designs full-stack solutions using Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs; integrates AI platforms and enterprise systems; establishes engineering practices, testing, CI/CD, and secure architecture. Mentors developers, conducts code reviews, resolves complex technical issues, supports roadmaps, and collaborates with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Leads merger and acquisition technology integration programs across the digital technology portfolio. Responsibilities include project planning, schedule and milestone management, readiness assessments, budget forecasting, risk mitigation, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, resource coordination, and executive program reviews. The role manages complex infrastructure and software initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures successful Day 1 and post-close integration across multiple business units.

Maintains and supports classified voice and data network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, authentication servers, encryptors, and network management platforms. Performs installations, reconfigurations, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, network analysis, and vendor coordination. Requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, Cisco networking experience, and availability for occasional after-hours support in an onsite Tucson facility.

Provides legal counsel to Pratt & Whitney’s Manufacturing Operations and Quality organizations. Advises leaders on manufacturing-site legal risks, aerospace quality management requirements, government contracts, regulatory compliance, disputes, transactions, and supply chain matters. Coordinates with Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Global Trade, and other legal teams, while delivering compliance training and strategic guidance. The role requires extensive legal experience, a J.D., state bar standing, in-house counsel registration, and U.S. citizenship.

Leads digital workforce strategy and talent development, including workforce planning, critical-skills gap analysis, skills-taxonomy governance, internship programming, leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce analytics. Partners with senior leaders, HR, talent acquisition, and business stakeholders to build technical and leadership pipelines, improve career mobility, and align talent capabilities with emerging technology and organizational priorities.

Supports enterprise mobile operations by administering MDM environments, assisting with mobility solution design, handling escalations, maintaining documentation, implementing upgrades, and providing advanced support for mobile hardware, applications, security, and related services. The role collaborates with international teams, vendors, business-unit mobile leads, and end users while consolidating processes and improving service delivery.

Implements, administers, and supports enterprise Mobile Device Management environments, including MobileIron and Intune. Configures devices, applications, and security policies; manages MAM deployments, access controls, integrations, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role also develops documentation, coordinates with vendors and infrastructure teams, and architects changes across sandbox and production environments while providing advanced technical support.

Provides administrative support to Finance and Human Resources, including onboarding coordination, scheduling, records management, supply procurement, inventory tracking, quality audits, expense reporting, and document preparation. The role requires accurate and confidential work, bilingual communication, Microsoft Office and accounting software proficiency, and coordination across a hybrid work environment. Travel is up to 10%.
