The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:
RTX has an opening for an SAP Principle (S2P) MDG Systems Expert (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation). This position will work as part of an SAP Enterprise Services (ES) DT team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, unit test, debug, and implement SAP ABAP applications
- Deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to customers
- Recommend and perform design reviews with peers and be able to recognize good processes and designs within MDG system
- Application development and systems integration
What You Will Do
- Partner with functional teams to review functional specifications and produce technical design specifications
- Provide level of effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements
- Design, unit test, and implement SAP/MDG ABAP applications while working closely with functional teams
- Resolve open issues and make decisions about alternate design approaches
- Follow development standards and methodology
- Ensure that documentation is properly maintained
- Support the change control process
- Conduct design reviews with peers
- Support application upgrades
- Work Defects
- Develop test plans for new or modified programs
- Test, design, implement, and document fixes
- Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis
- Provide advanced problem solving and support, including on-call critical support
Qualifications You Have:
- Typically a minimum of 10+ years of MDG Systems Expert Experience with SAP Business partner involving Vendors & Customers and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree 7+ years’ related work experience
- 7+ years of experience implementing SAP/MDG at different industry verticals
- 7+ years SAP/MDG workflow framework and design work
- Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong understanding and implementation experience using the scaled agile framework (SAFe) methodology plus Knowledge or skills related to User Experience (UX)
- Experience with Raytheon’s current Supplier processes; PRISM system and Enterprise Services Business System Experts (BSEs) and other software developers
- Experience delivering ECC and DT solutions outside of the United States and extending SAP standard functionality using ABAP Objects and other modern SAP technologies.
- Experience documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
- Raytheon CORE certification
- On-call critical support

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
