Lead and optimize timber harvesting operations: implement harvest plans, manage budgets and contractors, ensure safety and environmental compliance, perform field inspections, leverage GIS and inventory tools to maximize timber value, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Lead forestry process-improvement and optimization projects, translate silvicultural and tree-improvement research to field practices, design and manage field trials, analyze forestry data to inform decisions, oversee project budgets, and advise forestry staff while promoting safety and sustainability.

Manage non-timber revenue functions (70%) and timber processing (30%), including data entry, invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and performance deposit tracking. Reconcile stumpage and delivered tickets with LIMS, post transactions and journal entries in Microsoft D365, prepare sales & use tax returns, support contract and customer discrepancy resolution, and identify process improvements.

Lead sustainability data collection, carbon accounting, and ESG disclosures across Forests, Planet, People, and Practices. Build auditable data processes, calculate Scope 1–3 emissions and forest carbon removals, prepare regulatory and investor reporting, manage ESG questionnaires, and translate technical metrics into public narratives while monitoring ESG frameworks and risks.

Serve as the top escalation for end-user computing and application incidents, lead diagnosis and remediation, manage identity and endpoint lifecycle (AD, Office365, endpoint management), design operational workflows and runbooks, mentor Level 1/2 staff, coordinate with security and vendors, own asset/vendor/financial oversight, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure stable, secure, and compliant IT operations.

Lead compensation and equity administration for a public company: manage executive and broad-based pay programs, administer RSUs and performance awards, ensure compliance and governance, maintain job architecture and salary structures, provide stakeholder guidance, and partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external brokers.
