Lead and optimize timber harvesting operations: implement harvest plans, manage budgets and contractors, ensure safety and environmental compliance, perform field inspections, leverage GIS and inventory tools to maximize timber value, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Lead enterprise ESG strategy, reporting, and disclosure; manage materiality assessments, climate and nature risk integration, ESG data collection and assurance; coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and external ESG ratings and communications to drive measurable sustainability outcomes.

Lead and execute enterprise communications and brand strategy; craft executive and internal messaging; manage media and issues response; produce multi-channel content and multimedia (photo/video/podcast); oversee digital and brand assets; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support stakeholder engagement. Role requires regular domestic travel and field visits.
