Provides primary administrative and operational support for a regional forestry office. Responsibilities include office management, facilities and supply coordination, travel and meeting logistics, document and records management, GIS and field data support, invoice and expense processing, budget tracking, contractor coordination, and safety administration. The role also serves as a point of contact for employees, landowners, contractors, and visitors while independently managing office priorities.

Lead and execute enterprise communications and brand strategy; craft executive and internal messaging; manage media and issues response; produce multi-channel content and multimedia (photo/video/podcast); oversee digital and brand assets; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support stakeholder engagement. Role requires regular domestic travel and field visits.

Assists with sustainable timberland and forest resource management under experienced mentorship. Responsibilities include forest inventory, silviculture planning, reforestation, harvesting support, contractor administration, budgeting, property inspections, land management, field data collection, and safety and environmental compliance. The role involves coordinating with contractors, landowners, and internal teams while working extensively outdoors across challenging terrain and weather conditions.
