The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting prepares SEC filings, financial statements, footnotes, earnings releases, and investor materials. Responsibilities include journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, monthly consolidation, audit support, internal controls, technical accounting research, GAAP and SEC compliance, iXBRL review, and process improvements. The role partners with internal teams and external auditors and supports special projects.

Administer contracts across purchasing, timber sales, revenue, and operations. Responsibilities include preparing and routing agreements, coordinating approvals and signatures, maintaining contract and vendor records, validating compliance documentation, performing audits and reconciliations, monitoring deadlines, supporting closeout activities, and improving procedures. The role works with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Operations, vendors, customers, and internal requestors while maintaining accurate data in procurement, accounting, contract-management, and timber revenue systems.

Supports attorneys with forestry, rural real estate, environmental, contract, and litigation matters. Responsibilities include drafting and managing legal and real estate documents, resolving title issues, coordinating closings, maintaining legal records, supporting litigation holds and document production, managing department budgets, and administering Legal Tracker. The role also provides confidential administrative and correspondence support to the Law Department.
