Own end-to-end customer order fulfillment by coordinating vendors, logistics, and internal teams. Provide customer support, resolve issues and escalations, support onboarding, and strengthen customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, product, engineering, and customer success teams. Monitor recurring issues, improve operational processes, and develop effective SOPs and workflows while managing multiple customers and orders.

Own the fulfilment lifecycle and operational performance, managing prioritization, exceptions, escalations, incidents, SLAs, vendors, logistics, and cross-functional coordination. Lead root cause analysis, containment, prevention, and continuous improvement across speed, reliability, cost, and quality. Hands-on contract QA Engineer responsible for testing web applications, APIs, integrations, desktop and AI-powered features. Duties include creating test plans, executing functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing, validating REST APIs and databases, testing complex workflows, documenting defects, supporting release readiness, and improving QA processes and coverage.

Lead Rayda’s compliance and risk framework across internal operations and third-party vendors. Responsibilities include vendor due diligence, KYB, risk and compliance registers, control monitoring, remediation, information security and privacy compliance, customer audits, security questionnaires, cross-functional control implementation, executive reporting, and process automation.

Own Rayda’s global community and events strategy, launch and scale the IT Unplugged community, build relationships with IT leaders and industry stakeholders, and manage events, sponsorships, partnerships, volunteers, and global programming. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive engagement, content, audience growth, and commercial impact through measurable community and event initiatives.

Build and maintain Rayda’s data warehouse, analytics infrastructure, data models, transformation layers, pipelines, and workflows. Integrate product, billing, and customer interaction data from multiple platforms, improve data quality and governance, and create reliable datasets and analytical models. Enable self-service analytics and collaborate with Product, Growth, Commercial, and leadership teams to uncover usage patterns, churn risks, and expansion opportunities.

Supports data collection, cleaning, validation, reporting, dashboard preparation, and basic analysis. Tracks business and product metrics, identifies trends, documents datasets and processes, responds to ad hoc requests, and helps improve data usability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own Rayda’s partnership strategy across EOR, MSP, MDM, and technology ecosystems. Identify, develop, negotiate, and launch referral, co-sell, channel, and white-label partnerships. Manage partner relationships, pipeline, enablement, commercial agreements, and performance while collaborating with Commercial and Product teams to generate qualified revenue opportunities.

Own Rayda’s end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. Design and execute growth experiments, optimize onboarding and product-led conversion, analyze user behavior with PostHog, and build lifecycle campaigns using Customer.io. Establish growth metrics, scale successful channels, document repeatable growth levers, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to improve product adoption and revenue performance.
