Design, deploy, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data models, warehouses, and analytical platforms. Integrate databases, APIs, SaaS systems, telemetry, and operational data while establishing data quality, monitoring, security, and access controls. Optimize performance, scalability, and costs, and collaborate cross-functionally to support reporting, anomaly detection, predictive insights, AI recommendations, and customer-facing products.

Lead commercial legal support across customer, vendor, partner, service, privacy, and other contracts in multiple jurisdictions. Advise Sales and leadership on legal risk, data privacy, intellectual property, compliance, governance, employment matters, and regulatory developments. Own contract lifecycle processes, templates, playbooks, records, approvals, renewals, and obligations while coordinating external counsel and building scalable legal operations.

Supports the Founder and CEO by maintaining company-wide visibility, tracking commitments, translating priorities into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing briefings and communications, organizing company events, and managing executive travel logistics. The role requires strong judgment, ownership, discretion, communication, prioritization, and follow-through in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment.

Own Rayda’s partnership strategy across EOR, MSP, MDM, and technology ecosystems. Identify, develop, negotiate, and launch referral, co-sell, channel, and white-label partnerships. Manage partner relationships, pipeline, enablement, commercial agreements, and performance while collaborating with Commercial and Product teams to generate qualified revenue opportunities.

Own Rayda’s end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. Design and execute growth experiments, optimize onboarding and product-led conversion, analyze user behavior with PostHog, and build lifecycle campaigns using Customer.io. Establish growth metrics, scale successful channels, document repeatable growth levers, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to improve product adoption and revenue performance.
