Own end-to-end customer order fulfillment by coordinating vendors, logistics, and internal teams. Provide executive reporting on risks and trends while coaching the team to resolve operational issues independently and maintaining customer and business continuity.

Hands-on contract QA Engineer responsible for testing web applications, APIs, integrations, desktop and AI-powered features. Duties include creating test plans, executing functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing, validating REST APIs and databases, testing complex workflows, documenting defects, supporting release readiness, and improving QA processes and coverage.
