Own consumer hardware products from concept through mass production, managing specifications, schedules, vendors, manufacturers, engineering partners, and cross-functional execution. Lead product and component tradeoffs, translate customer needs into PRDs and success metrics, monitor quality and budget, support launch readiness, and incorporate post-launch learnings into future product cycles.

Lead the technical foundation for Raycon’s AI-powered device portfolio, including hardware-software integration, companion apps, backend systems, AI processing, vendor relationships, engineering team growth, product roadmaps, quality processes, and customer feedback loops. The role manages engineering teams, partners with China-based hardware vendors, and ensures reliable, scalable delivery of AI devices such as the Raycon AI Notetaker.
