The Chief of Staff will support the CEO by enhancing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, leading cross-functional projects, and improving operational efficiency within Raycon as it scales.

The Director of Product will lead Raycon's hardware product strategy, overseeing the launch of 10+ products annually, managing PM teams, and ensuring quality and profitability.

The Product Manager will oversee hardware products from concept to mass production, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely execution while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
