Serve as IT Business Analyst partnering with product owners to gather scope and requirements, analyze processes, validate designs, execute and coordinate testing (including UAT), manage small-to-medium projects, support application incidents, maintain project documentation, and liaise with vendors and technical teams to implement production changes aligned with business objectives.

Lead and govern the credit union's FCRA and SCRA programs, ensuring data furnishing accuracy, regulatory alignment, controls, issue remediation, vendor and regulator engagement, executive reporting, and management of program staff and related compliance technology.

Design, build, and monitor credit risk and loss-forecasting models using statistical and machine-learning techniques. Perform feature engineering, validate model performance, document methodologies, collaborate with lending and IT, and communicate insights to stakeholders to optimize underwriting decisions and risk tolerance.

Provide legal advice to the credit union and subsidiaries, manage litigation and outside counsel, handle banking, corporate, and transactional matters, ensure regulatory compliance (NCUA), and assist in managing the Legal Services Department.

Manage and lead the IT Core Services team supporting the core banking platform, FinTech applications, RPA and DevOps systems. Design, implement, and maintain stable, secure core services; resolve complex production issues; manage vendor relationships; establish processes and documentation; and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
