Manage, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise backup and recovery systems (Commvault) and attached storage. Configure backups for OS, file, virtual, SQL Server and Oracle databases; design RTO/RPO strategies; perform restorations, reporting, monthly security patching, and participate in audits and vulnerability remediation. Provide after-hours support and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Lead and govern the credit union's FCRA and SCRA programs, ensuring data furnishing accuracy, regulatory alignment, controls, issue remediation, vendor and regulator engagement, executive reporting, and management of program staff and related compliance technology.

Design, build, and monitor credit risk and loss-forecasting models using statistical and machine-learning techniques. Perform feature engineering, validate model performance, document methodologies, collaborate with lending and IT, and communicate insights to stakeholders to optimize underwriting decisions and risk tolerance.
