Supports enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes by administering GRC workflows, maintaining documentation and records, preparing dashboards and reports, managing user access, reviewing data quality, and assisting business units with governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyzes business processes and gathers requirements for IT solutions in banking and credit union operations. Collaborates with product owners, users, vendors, and technical teams to document scope, assess feasibility, support design reviews, investigate incidents, execute testing and user acceptance testing, implement approved production changes, and maintain project and vendor documentation. Independently manages small to medium projects while supporting larger initiatives and ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.

Leads the credit union’s enterprise risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, reporting, appetite frameworks, regulatory exam support, second-line oversight, and risk governance. Oversees credit, operational, model, financial, third-party, and insurance risks; advises senior leadership and the Board; monitors portfolio performance and emerging risks; supports committees; and develops risk-management staff and culture.
