Develop and produce video, written, and multimedia content for social media, websites, and internal communications. Manage social media engagement, create consumer-friendly copy, edit corporate communications, support presentations and marketing collateral, build influencer relationships, and increase brand awareness. The role also coordinates cross-departmental projects and uses social media strategies and measurement tools to optimize audience engagement.

Provide consultation and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Assist with AAP/EEO reporting, review contracts, and support other HR areas (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS).

Design, build, and monitor credit risk and loss-forecasting models using statistical and machine-learning techniques. Perform feature engineering, validate model performance, document methodologies, collaborate with lending and IT, and communicate insights to stakeholders to optimize underwriting decisions and risk tolerance.
