The role requires coordinating technical, commercial, engineering, provisioning, support, supplier, and customer stakeholders while identifying new connectivity capabilities and ensuring products meet market, quality, customer, and financial objectives.

Acquire and close new enterprise customers for RSAWEB Business in Gauteng. Develop acquisition strategies, sell connectivity, cloud, mobile, security, voice, and IoT solutions, create tailored proposals, manage the full sales cycle, meet revenue targets, negotiate with C-level stakeholders, and transition acquired accounts to account management.

Provides administrative support to the sales and operations teams, including coordinating appointments, managing leads, deals, orders, quotations, reports, billing queries, reconciliations, and tickets. The role supplies product information to account managers, supports basic marketing activities, coordinates training, captures data accurately, and communicates with clients, management, and vendors. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity offering hands-on exposure to business and sales administration.

Leads network engineering across two carrier-grade ISP networks. Develop account strategies, create tailored proposals, manage the full solution-sales cycle, negotiate and close deals, maintain forecasts, coordinate internal stakeholders, and resolve escalated issues. The role requires strong business connectivity sales experience, value-based selling, customer relationship management, and excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills.

Processes consumer sales orders, monitors CRM tickets, captures data, contacts and onboards new clients, follows up on missing information, supports order retention, and provides administrative assistance to the sales team while ensuring excellent customer service.
