The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and availability of platforms, network services, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, CI/CD improvement, cloud and on-premises environment management, container orchestration, observability, incident response, security, compliance, and on-call support. The role collaborates with network, software development, DevOps, and NOC teams to reduce operational toil and improve system resilience.

Coordinates employee engagement, workplace culture initiatives, internal events, staff communications, front-office operations, employee welfare, executive support, office procurement, and administrative tasks. The role manages events from concept through execution, maintains a welcoming office environment, identifies workplace issues, coordinates suppliers and facilities requests, and supports HR-led employee initiatives across multiple Group entities.

Owns and operates core infrastructure supporting ISP, cloud, and hosting platforms. The role builds production tooling and internal services in Go and Python, integrates APIs, develops internal APIs, drives automation, and ensures reliability, security, scalability, monitoring, and observability. Responsibilities include incident response, root-cause analysis, performance troubleshooting, documentation, cross-team collaboration, and on-call support for critical infrastructure.
