Process weekly and off-cycle payroll, validate employee data and payroll changes, administer Workday Payroll and HCM, ensure multi-state tax and wage compliance, handle garnishments and deductions, reconcile payroll and general ledger reports, support audits and year-end processing, resolve employee inquiries, and improve payroll processes in collaboration with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Operations.

Provide sales and order support across the customer supply chain: assist account executives, handle orders, resolve pricing and rebate issues, communicate with customers, coordinate internal delivery and travel, maintain records and sales reports, and support customer service to drive growth.

Analyze exceptions, monitor cold storage activity, perform LCM analysis, support EDI setup/testing, prepare KPI reporting, coordinate with IT/3PL/finance, support Operational Finance projects, and present findings to senior management.

Manage and grow assigned food accounts by retaining customers, acquiring new business, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring distributors, conducting market research and plant visits, handling A/R collections, and representing the company at trade shows.

Manage warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations to ensure timely order fulfillment; optimize efficiency and costs; lead teams; monitor KPIs; ensure compliance; manage budgets; and drive automation and process standardization.

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across digital channels (SEO/SEM, social, email, ads), measure and report KPIs, manage brand consistency, coordinate product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals.

Manage and grow assigned domestic accounts by retaining existing clients and acquiring new customers. Negotiate pricing and terms, oversee A/R collections and margin management, conduct market research and distributor performance reviews, attend trade shows, and ensure supplier compliance.

Manage assigned accounts to retain and grow customers through prospecting, negotiation, distributor oversight, market research, pricing and margin management, A/R collection, supplier compliance checks, trade show participation, and meeting sales targets and budgets.

Perform inbound warehouse tasks including picking, receiving, palletizing, scanning, labeling, slotting and inventory maintenance. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, follow FIFO, maintain product integrity, and assist with cleaning and other assigned duties.
