Operate RF scanners and forklifts, accurately handle inventory, maintain safe product-handling practices, complete shipping records, clean work areas, and perform physical tasks including lifting 20 to 100 pounds in cold environments.

Supports account executives and customers by managing orders, account information, pricing discrepancies, promotional allowances, records, reports, travel arrangements, and sales-related coordination. Communicates directly with customers, collaborates with internal departments on order fulfillment and delivery, and assists with account management and customer service. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and 10–30% travel.

Process weekly and off-cycle payroll, validate employee data and payroll changes, administer Workday Payroll and HCM, ensure multi-state tax and wage compliance, handle garnishments and deductions, reconcile payroll and general ledger reports, support audits and year-end processing, resolve employee inquiries, and improve payroll processes in collaboration with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Operations.

Provide sales and order support across the customer supply chain: assist account executives, handle orders, resolve pricing and rebate issues, communicate with customers, coordinate internal delivery and travel, maintain records and sales reports, and support customer service to drive growth.

Develop and execute sales activities to retain and acquire customers, manage distributors, negotiate pricing and terms, perform market research, analyze purchasing and supplier options, manage accounts receivable and pricing, attend trade shows, and build relationships with key decision makers to drive sales results.
