Supervise sales support specialists, oversee order processing and fulfillment, resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with sales representatives, maintain documentation, manage inventory tracking, ensure compliance, prepare reports, and implement process improvements. The role requires team leadership, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Supports HR administration by transferring data into databases, preparing recruiting reports, coordinating employee onboarding, and processing I-9 and new-hire paperwork. Ensures documentation accuracy, follows up on missing information, maintains confidentiality, and assists the HR department with additional duties as assigned.

Process weekly and off-cycle payroll, validate employee data and payroll changes, administer Workday Payroll and HCM, ensure multi-state tax and wage compliance, handle garnishments and deductions, reconcile payroll and general ledger reports, support audits and year-end processing, resolve employee inquiries, and improve payroll processes in collaboration with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Operations.
