The Financial Controller will oversee financial controlling, invoice validation, AP and AR, contract compliance, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. The role includes internal reporting to headquarters, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cost control, process improvement, ERP optimization, and finance digitalization. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local laws and reporting standards while providing financial insights to management and collaborating with international cross-functional teams.

Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects for banking organizations, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, testing, delivery, and operational handover. Coordinate technical teams, vendors, bank stakeholders, and senior management while ensuring projects meet schedule, scope, quality, security, audit, regulatory, and operational requirements. The role also supports prioritization, reporting, continuous improvement, and methodology development, with travel and on-site work required as needed.

Leads software quality assurance across web and mobile banking applications. Responsibilities include mentoring QA engineers, reviewing requirements, creating test plans and cases, conducting manual, exploratory, destructive, API, database, backend, regression, and automated testing, managing defects, improving automation frameworks and QA processes, integrating CI/CD tests, reporting metrics, and collaborating with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.

Plans, coordinates, and governs software releases across banking platforms and environments. Responsibilities include maintaining release calendars, coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting readiness reviews, overseeing CI/CD deployments, managing hotfixes, identifying risks, preparing rollback plans, communicating status, maintaining audit documentation, monitoring production stability, and driving post-release improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and secure production operations.

Define enterprise architecture standards, governance, strategies, and integrated technology solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies through proof-of-concepts, collaborate across architecture and security domains, guide software development lifecycle integration, design cloud automation and orchestration, maintain architecture documentation, engage stakeholders, and support PCI compliance audits.

Design scalable, secure, and highly available business solutions and system integrations. Lead application modernization, lifecycle improvements, DevOps and low-code opportunities, and Azure cloud architecture. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, SRE, and enterprise architecture teams to implement solutions. Support incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production problem resolution while maintaining accurate architecture documentation.

Manage application support operations, including core banking application administration, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, monitoring, deployments, testing, reporting, access management, and change releases. The role supports SQL Server-based transactional systems, investigates incidents, coordinates with vendors and internal departments, provides end-user support, and contributes to projects while mentoring team members.
