The Product Analyst for Digital Journeys will manage product backlogs, collaborate with stakeholders, guide development teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs.

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, refines user stories with acceptance criteria, supports sprint planning and execution, coordinates post-go-live activities, collects user feedback, defines quality standards, and liaises with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of valuable product features.

Lead QA activities for banking software using manual and automated testing. Design test strategies across unit, API, integration, and E2E layers, build automation frameworks (Playwright, Appium, TypeScript), integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor junior engineers, perform risk-based and exploratory testing, manage defects and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves coordinating with teams to develop web and mobile applications, creating UI components, working with native modules, and ensuring performance through testing.

Provide application administration and support for core banking systems: manage releases, design/implement T-SQL stored procedures, build SSRS reports, maintain test environments, coordinate deployments, consult business users, and support interfaces and end users.
