As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead QA efforts, mentor staff, manage testing for software quality, and enhance testing practices while working in an Agile environment.

Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases across banking platforms. Maintain release calendars, oversee CI/CD and deployments, ensure regulatory and ITIL compliance, run readiness/go-no-go reviews, manage risks and rollback plans, communicate status to stakeholders, and monitor post-release stability and audits.

The role involves development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions, participating in technical preparation stages, and solving user-reported incidents.
