Own product backlog management, user story refinement, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, delivery coordination, and post-go-live activities for installment card products. Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, development teams, and support teams to prioritize work, resolve dependencies, ensure quality standards, and deliver product value. Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate performance, gather feedback, and identify continuous improvements.

Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects for banking organizations, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, testing, delivery, and operational handover. Coordinate technical teams, vendors, bank stakeholders, and senior management while ensuring projects meet schedule, scope, quality, security, audit, regulatory, and operational requirements. The role also supports prioritization, reporting, continuous improvement, and methodology development, with travel and on-site work required as needed.

Leads software quality assurance across web and mobile banking applications. Responsibilities include mentoring QA engineers, reviewing requirements, creating test plans and cases, conducting manual, exploratory, destructive, API, database, backend, regression, and automated testing, managing defects, improving automation frameworks and QA processes, integrating CI/CD tests, reporting metrics, and collaborating with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
