Manage application support operations, including core banking application administration, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, monitoring, deployments, testing, reporting, access management, and change releases. The role supports SQL Server-based transactional systems, investigates incidents, coordinates with vendors and internal departments, provides end-user support, and contributes to projects while mentoring team members.

Develop, implement, maintain, and support software solutions using .NET and C#. Participate in technical analysis, estimation, documentation, coding, debugging, incident resolution, and corrective-action planning. Collaborate with users and technical teams to deliver solutions according to company standards. The role may involve banking systems, desktop applications using WinForms or WPF, Azure, APIs, and microservices.

Designs and develops workflow-based applications, business processes, user interfaces, and system integrations. Translates business requirements into production software, builds API integrations and supporting application logic, troubleshoots automation solutions, writes automated tests, participates in reviews, and supports deployment and production operations. Requires strong software engineering fundamentals, TypeScript and Angular experience, relational databases and SQL knowledge, and familiarity with workflow concepts, BPMN, Git, testing, and CI/CD.
