Support the migration and optimization of claims intake forms from Jotform to Penbox. Analyze business processes, customer journeys, rules, and workflows; document requirements; configure solutions; review APIs and JSON data; create tests and documentation; and assist with partner launches. Own end-to-end technical implementations for insurance partners, including requirements analysis, process mapping, functional specification, product and scheme configuration, and API integration guidance. Analyze insurance products, coverage, pricing, documents, and workflows; translate business needs into platform solutions; configure implementations hands-on; advise partners on best practices; and provide feedback to Product teams for platform and process improvements.

Lead development of an automated compliance engine embedding KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, DISI, and automotive POI into digital flows. Drive product strategy, discovery, and delivery with a product trio, liaise with legal/risk and enterprise partners, define compliance KPIs, and explore AI-driven verification to reduce friction while ensuring auditability and cross-border scalability.
