Manage a portfolio of enterprise partners to protect and grow live embedded insurance programs. Build account growth plans, identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, run quarterly business reviews, mitigate churn, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Sales to deliver outcomes. Act as partner advocate to shape product roadmap and convert expansion opportunities into revenue.

Processes insurance claims from intake through settlement, assesses validity against policy conditions, investigates details, communicates with customers by email and phone, calculates payments, maintains accurate records, and supports process improvements. The role requires English plus another European language, strong communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior insurance experience is required.

Lead development of an automated compliance engine embedding KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, DISI, and automotive POI into digital flows. Drive product strategy, discovery, and delivery with a product trio, liaise with legal/risk and enterprise partners, define compliance KPIs, and explore AI-driven verification to reduce friction while ensuring auditability and cross-border scalability.

Design, build, and maintain dbt-powered BigQuery data pipelines and financial reporting models. Ensure data quality, governance, automated testing, and secure access. Lead technical best practices, code reviews, and stakeholder enablement to deliver reliable, production-grade analytics for embedded insurance.

Own and improve the partner-facing service desk and reporting by triaging tickets, managing escalations, and driving AI-driven automation. Act as human-in-the-loop for AI triage and reporting, collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Product, Revenue Ops and Customer Growth to scale processes, enhance partner reporting, and remove manual operational drag.

Perform day-to-day accounting for an insurtech: revenue and AR booking, bank reconciliation, bordereaux support, monthly close, journal entries, cash management, forecasting support, and implement accounting procedures and tools.
