Support the migration and optimization of claims intake forms from Jotform to Penbox. Analyze business processes, customer journeys, rules, and workflows; document requirements; configure solutions; review APIs and JSON data; create tests and documentation; and assist with partner launches. The intern will also use scripting for analysis and data preparation, participate in client-facing discussions, and recommend workflow improvements.

Lead complex technical implementations for business partners from post-sales handoff through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. Guide API integrations, data mapping, webhooks, troubleshooting, and platform configuration while managing partner relationships and implementation timelines. Collaborate with product, engineering, project management, and customer success teams, oversee quality assurance, and develop documentation and best practices to improve scalable delivery.

Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting millions of users across 32 countries. Improve reliability through SLOs, observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and postmortems. Automate CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and developer tooling while contributing to platform libraries and backend systems. The role also involves production troubleshooting, security and resilience improvements, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with engineering teams.
