Manage site development and the design-development process for anaerobic digester plants, serving as the client-facing lead during project handoff. Responsibilities include property screening and negotiation, entitlements and permitting, environmental permits, legal and due diligence coordination, utility interconnections, schedule and budget management, cross-team coordination, and preparing internal funding approval documentation.

Own day-to-day technical performance of resource recovery plants to maximize energy generation and uptime. Troubleshoot operations, develop SOPs, support preventive maintenance, manage capital projects, collaborate with engineering and commissioning teams, analyze operational data, ensure compliance, train operators, and update P&IDs.
