Direct commercial contracts and legal operations across the full agreement lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, compliance, renewals, closeout, and obligation tracking. Develop contract playbooks, manage legal workflows and outside counsel, assess risk, support closings, maintain auditable contract records, and provide reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with business teams and implement contract management and AI-enabled process improvements.

Oversee operations at industrial anaerobic digester facilities by monitoring and optimizing plant systems, biological processes, hydraulic flows, effluent quality, and renewable power generation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting pumps, piping, tanks, controls, and instruments; managing consumable inventory through CMMS; conducting compliance and safety inspections; maintaining wastewater, air quality, and solid waste permit compliance; coordinating contractors; and completing required reporting. The role requires a wastewater operator license, on-call or weekend flexibility, and physical work in varied conditions.

Manage site development and the design-development process for anaerobic digester plants, serving as the client-facing lead during project handoff. Responsibilities include property screening and negotiation, entitlements and permitting, environmental permits, legal and due diligence coordination, utility interconnections, schedule and budget management, cross-team coordination, and preparing internal funding approval documentation.
