Lead and train a small remote customer support team, ensure tickets meet SLA, develop training and knowledgebase, maintain metrics and documentation, and handle direct email/chat support queries.

Create and manage content to drive lead generation and inbound marketing: write and publish blog posts, social media, newsletters; develop sales collateral and editorial governance; run content projects, co-marketing campaigns, and website optimization to grow top-of-funnel pipeline.

Lead IT projects through full lifecycle: plan, organise, manage scope/budget/quality, mitigate risks, liaise with stakeholders, bridge business and technical teams, and maintain client relationships.

Create quotes, itineraries and tour packages; arrange hotel, flight and transport bookings; communicate with suppliers and customers; handle inbound/outbound calls; manage documentation, payments and feedback; follow SLAs and meet targets.

Drive prospects through demo to contract close, source inbound/outbound leads, manage and grow pipeline in HubSpot, onboard and maintain client relationships, track sales activity and achieve quarterly quotas, and collaborate with account management on upsell/cross-sell.

Create social media creatives and marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, pamphlets, banners, mailers, and image advertisements. Perform image editing and restoration, produce co-branded graphics, and contribute to user experience design. Use Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML5, and Microsoft Office tools to develop and finalize visual materials.

Manage customer onboarding, success, retention and renewals for SaaS products. Build relationships, handle support inquiries, identify trends, report KPIs, collaborate with product/engineering, and pursue upsell and referral opportunities.
