Manage and grow client accounts across Asia for a market research technology platform. Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, understanding research needs, providing tailored solutions, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, coordinating timely project delivery, monitoring satisfaction, and resolving issues. The role is hybrid in Singapore and requires in-office work at least three days weekly.
