The Chief Learning Officer will develop and implement a learning strategy, oversee educational programs, and drive employee development aligned with PCAOB's mission.

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the PCAOB's financial operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, while ensuring transparency and high standards of ethical conduct.

Provide strategic leadership and independent oversight of the PCAOB ethics program. Advise Board and senior leaders on ethics policies and risks, oversee investigations and resolution of ethics violations, drive ethics education and communications, monitor program performance and reporting, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, SOX, and the PCAOB Ethics Code.

Lead the PCAOB Office of Hearing Officers to manage dockets, preside over disciplinary and registration hearings, resolve procedural and evidentiary issues, prepare well-reasoned decisions, supervise and develop staff, and ensure complete, accurate hearing records and fair adjudication.

Lead and modernize PCAOB procurement and travel functions as a strategic, data-driven partner. Oversee vendor oversight, third-party risk, strategic sourcing, high-value contract negotiations, travel security and expense programs, automation (including AI) and performance reporting. Build executive relationships, drive cost savings, enforce contract compliance, and develop a high-performing procurement team to support organizational priorities and risk management.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a Board Member/Chair, including complex calendar management, stakeholder liaison, drafting correspondence, meeting and event logistics, travel coordination, document preparation, and confidential project support to ensure executive productivity.

Provide legal counsel to the Office of the Chief Auditor on standard-setting, regulatory drafting, legal research, risk assessment, coordination with PCAOB offices and the SEC, and training on legal issues affecting audit standards.

Lead and continuously improve the PCAOB enterprise risk management program. Coordinate risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting; maintain ERM policies; support risk appetite development; advise divisions on operational risk controls; provide training and awareness; supervise and develop staff; and report program effectiveness to senior leadership and the Board.

Serve as chief communications strategist and senior advisor to the Chairman, developing and executing proactive media, public affairs, and digital strategies. Lead message development, speechwriting, media outreach, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement while managing internal teams and external consultants to advance the PCAOB's mission and reputation.

Advise PCAOB leadership on enterprise modernization and innovation, translating emerging technologies (including AI) into practical improvements across inspections, standards, registration, enforcement, and support functions. Lead cross-functional teams, design and implement transformation strategies, track performance metrics, facilitate workshops and change management, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive mission-aligned improvements.
