Teams at Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)

Leads the enterprise Program Management Office, overseeing governance, project delivery standards, intake, prioritization, portfolio visibility, risk management, executive reporting, and Workday Projects administration. Manages complex technology and non-technology initiatives, applies AI and automation to improve delivery and reporting, partners with senior leaders across the organization, and supervises project management staff and contractors.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to PCAOB Board Members and senior staff. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel and events, drafting and editing correspondence, engaging internal and external stakeholders, organizing confidential information, and prioritizing competing executive needs. The role requires discretion, strong communication, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, independent judgment, and the ability to operate effectively under deadline pressure.

Leads investor engagement program planning and execution, including Investor Advisory Group coordination, investor-facing meetings, events, communications, research, surveys, website updates, reporting, and performance tracking. Collaborates with PCAOB divisions, regulators, financial professionals, policymakers, and academics to incorporate investor perspectives into strategic planning and communications. Drives process improvements through automation, technology, and AI-enabled tools.
