Teams at Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)

Leads talent acquisition and talent management initiatives, including recruiting strategy, workforce and succession planning, performance management, employee development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Partners with leaders and HR colleagues to deliver employee lifecycle programs, advise on employee relations and policies, improve processes using Workday, automation, and AI tools, and apply analytics to reporting and decision-making.

Leads the PCAOB’s enterprise budget lifecycle, including formulation, forecasting, execution, reporting, and SEC compliance. Advises senior leadership on financial performance, spending, and strategic planning; oversees complex program analyses, financial modeling, and budget submissions; manages the FP&A team; and improves budgeting technologies and processes using Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI. Serves as the primary liaison with the SEC and OMB on budget matters.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to PCAOB Board Members and senior staff. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel and events, drafting and editing correspondence, engaging internal and external stakeholders, organizing confidential information, and prioritizing competing executive needs. The role requires discretion, strong communication, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, independent judgment, and the ability to operate effectively under deadline pressure.
