Teams at Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)

Provide strategic leadership and independent oversight of the PCAOB ethics program. Advise Board and senior leaders on ethics policies and risks, oversee investigations and resolution of ethics violations, drive ethics education and communications, monitor program performance and reporting, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, SOX, and the PCAOB Ethics Code.

Lead the PCAOB Office of Hearing Officers to manage dockets, preside over disciplinary and registration hearings, resolve procedural and evidentiary issues, prepare well-reasoned decisions, supervise and develop staff, and ensure complete, accurate hearing records and fair adjudication.

Lead and modernize PCAOB procurement and travel functions as a strategic, data-driven partner. Oversee vendor oversight, third-party risk, strategic sourcing, high-value contract negotiations, travel security and expense programs, automation (including AI) and performance reporting. Build executive relationships, drive cost savings, enforce contract compliance, and develop a high-performing procurement team to support organizational priorities and risk management.
