Supervise and coach the sales team, monitor pipelines and KPIs, generate leads, present property offerings, negotiate pricing, support payment paperwork, maintain client relationships, and provide consolidated performance reports to management. Maintains a centralized development project database, structures work packages, and supports master schedule integration. Coordinates timelines, milestones, dependencies, spatial development maps, and cross-functional planning activities. Performs data validation and prepares management reports and presentations. Requires project planning experience, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project, familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS/QGIS, and the ability to interpret masterplans, site plans, engineering drawings, and development layouts.

Supervise and inspect repair and maintenance of roads, drainage, and bridges. Review drawings and proposals, monitor costs, quality, timelines, vendor progress, materials, equipment, and implement technical repairs and improvements.

Prepare and control monthly and annual financial reports, ensure tax compliance, maintain organized accounting filing systems, perform field audits per audit plan, and supervise and develop accounting staff.

Manage petty cash, payments, reconciliations, and expense control. Support external payment processes, coordinate with departments and systems (IFCA, Oracle), handle bank account opening and land acquisition payments, and prepare financial realization and accountability reports.

Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, build talent pipelines, supervise recruitment team, monitor KPIs, improve processes, support employer branding, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Source and qualify prospective buyers, present property details, negotiate pricing and terms, assist with mortgage/cash paperwork to close sales, maintain client relationships, and report sales activity and pipeline to management.

Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals; ensure compliance with labor laws including UU Cipta Kerja; manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development; analyze HR data, prepare reports, and maintain stakeholder communication.

Supervise daily accounting activities, financial transaction recording, reconciliations, monthly reporting, tax compliance, audits, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors, monitor reporting deadlines, identify accounting and tax issues, and recommend process improvements. The role also involves systematic filing administration and field audit work.

Inspect and verify mechanical and piping materials and installations per drawings, ITPs, and specs. Conduct welding, hydro, and alignment tests; document NCRs, corrective actions, and final acceptance. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, construction team, and HSE to resolve quality issues before pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.

Supervise electrical installation and commissioning (street lighting, MV/LV, panels, grounding, conduits) on-site. Monitor manpower, materials, progress, testing, and contractor performance. Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, engineering, utilities, and consultants to ensure safe, timely completion and handover per drawings and specifications.
