Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance for an industrial site: plan maintenance, lead M&E team, manage vendors, procure tools/spares, prepare budgets and reports, and coordinate power outages with utilities.

Supervise daily operation and maintenance of industrial water and wastewater distribution pipelines. Monitor flow meters, valves and system performance, coordinate repairs, manage tenant connections and capacity, ensure HSE compliance, and produce regular operational reports.

Develop, maintain, and integrate Level 3–5 schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and handover. Update schedules weekly/monthly, monitor baseline vs actual vs forecast, identify critical paths and risks, review contractors' recovery plans, prepare look-aheads and reports, and coordinate schedule interfaces with project stakeholders.

Supervise and inspect repair and maintenance of roads, drainage, and bridges. Review drawings and proposals, monitor costs, quality, timelines, vendor progress, materials, equipment, and implement technical repairs and improvements.

Perform administrative legal work and maintain documentation; draft and review corporate agreements and contracts; ensure compliance with Indonesian law and regulations; label agreements under 2015; prepare legal opinions as needed.

Manage petty cash, payments, reconciliations, and expense control. Support external payment processes, coordinate with departments and systems (IFCA, Oracle), handle bank account opening and land acquisition payments, and prepare financial realization and accountability reports.

Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, build talent pipelines, supervise recruitment team, monitor KPIs, improve processes, support employer branding, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Oversee and implement maintenance programs for roads, drainage, lots, and retention ponds. Supervise infrastructure works for quality, schedule, cost, and admin. Develop maintenance plans and budgets, handle tenant complaints per SLA, conduct defect checks at PHO/FHO, and prepare regular work reports.

Track and map manpower, equipment, materials, and consumables against project schedules. Identify shortages, excesses, and productivity variances. Coordinate mobilization, redistribution, and recovery with contractors and stakeholders. Prepare daily/weekly monitoring reports and early warnings to prevent schedule delays.

Supervise on-site construction activities, enforce HSE and quality standards, coordinate materials and subcontractors, track progress with the Project Manager, and resolve technical and logistical issues to meet project specifications.

Source and qualify prospective buyers, present property details, negotiate pricing and terms, assist with mortgage/cash paperwork to close sales, maintain client relationships, and report sales activity and pipeline to management.

Prepare and control monthly and annual financial reports, ensure tax compliance, maintain organized accounting filing systems, perform field audits per audit plan, and supervise and develop accounting staff.

Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals; ensure compliance with labor laws including UU Cipta Kerja; manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development; analyze HR data, prepare reports, and maintain stakeholder communication.

Supports the Power and Energy Infrastructure team with administrative document organization, data entry, database maintenance, project records, scheduling updates, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. Performs general administrative tasks while maintaining accurate and current project information. The role requires strong documentation, data management, communication, attention to detail, discipline, integrity, and adaptability.

Supervise daily accounting activities, financial transaction recording, reconciliations, monthly reporting, tax compliance, audits, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors, monitor reporting deadlines, identify accounting and tax issues, and recommend process improvements. The role also involves systematic filing administration and field audit work.

Manage contract administration and compliance for construction projects: review contracts, BOQs, VOs, EOTs, claims, payments, and commercial risks. Coordinate with construction, planning, QS, procurement, legal, consultants, and contractors to resolve variations, disputes, amendments, and contract close-out activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Inspect and verify electrical materials and installations against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs. Conduct and document inspections, witness tests, NCRs, corrective actions, punch lists, and final acceptance for street lighting, panels, cables, grounding, conduits, and commissioning. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Construction and HSE to resolve quality issues prior to energization and project handover.

Inspect and verify mechanical and piping materials and installations per drawings, ITPs, and specs. Conduct welding, hydro, and alignment tests; document NCRs, corrective actions, and final acceptance. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, construction team, and HSE to resolve quality issues before pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
