Prepare and review geotechnical investigation plans, ground models, earthworks, foundation designs, slope stability, soil improvement, and infrastructure reports. Oversee geotechnical QA/QC, testing, instrumentation, monitoring, nonconformities, and remedial actions. Coordinate consultants, contractors, construction, engineering, and operations teams while providing technical recommendations. The role requires extensive geotechnical engineering experience, site expertise, soil mechanics knowledge, and proficiency with PLAXIS or GeoStudio/SLOPE-W.

Supervise and coach the sales team, monitor pipelines and KPIs, generate leads, present property offerings, negotiate pricing, support payment paperwork, maintain client relationships, and provide consolidated performance reports to management. The role requires sales leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, personal transportation, and availability for weekends and public holidays in Subang, West Java.

Maintains a centralized development project database, structures work packages, and supports master schedule integration. Coordinates timelines, milestones, dependencies, spatial development maps, and cross-functional planning activities. Performs data validation and prepares management reports and presentations. Requires project planning experience, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project, familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS/QGIS, and the ability to interpret masterplans, site plans, engineering drawings, and development layouts.
