Sell and offer industrial plots; maintain and expand relationships with business associations; manage customers from introduction through negotiation to closing deals. Must be Mandarin and English proficient and willing to be based in Karawang.

Maintain and enhance the HRIS (including ESS); execute compliant payroll processes; secure payroll records; update employee lifecycle data with HR and Finance; produce headcount and personnel reports.

Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance for an industrial site: plan maintenance, lead M&E team, manage vendors, procure tools/spares, prepare budgets and reports, and coordinate power outages with utilities.
