Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, modeling, profitability analysis, and performance reporting. Partner with business unit leaders to improve financial performance and cost efficiency, oversee revenue assurance and collections, and provide strategic recommendations for growth, investments, and long-term initiatives.

Develop and test backend APIs and UI components for customer portal and ISP integration projects. Collaborate with senior developers on REST-based telecom system integrations, bug fixes, API payload validation, work order synchronization, and technical documentation.

Develop and manage ICT and managed security service products across the full lifecycle, including market analysis, product definition, business cases, pricing, development, launch, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with technical, security operations, sales, presales, commercial teams, and technology partners to ensure offerings are feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer and market needs.

Analyze and validate customer photo evidence against established quality guidelines, identify discrepancies, and escalate findings to stakeholders for follow-up. Perform careful, detail-oriented quality checks while learning and adhering to company standards.

Identify and acquire corporate customers across industries, perform sales calls, maintain and grow existing accounts, and build strong customer relationships with regular visits and account management in Bali.

Manage and grow assigned accounts as primary client contact. Drive retention and revenue growth, maintain client records, communicate proactively, and provide strategic advice to meet targets.

Design and deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations, ensure SOW solutions align with client needs, collaborate with sales on proposals (pricing, timelines, SLAs), analyze and improve client infrastructure to generate leads and cost savings, train sales teams, and support order compliance and legal documentation.
