Identify and acquire corporate customers across industries, perform sales calls, maintain and grow existing accounts, and build strong customer relationships with regular visits and account management in Bali.

Manage and grow assigned accounts as primary client contact. Drive retention and revenue growth, maintain client records, communicate proactively, and provide strategic advice to meet targets.

Design and deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations, ensure SOW solutions align with client needs, collaborate with sales on proposals (pricing, timelines, SLAs), analyze and improve client infrastructure to generate leads and cost savings, train sales teams, and support order compliance and legal documentation.

Lead design and execution of compensation and benefits strategy, conduct market benchmarking, manage benefits and payroll (including tax and BPJS), support audits and actuary submissions, and use HR analytics to report on rewards effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
