Support Rewards team with employee data processing, HR operations admin (letters, data recaps, insurance databases), assist Employee Business Travel process, and perform other administrative tasks. Focus on Excel-based data work and on-site support in BSD, South Tangerang.

Support the Process Excellence team by collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews; assist in creating, preparing, and periodically reviewing policies, SOPs, work instructions, and templates; coordinate with teams to gather and clarify process details; and support administrative and documentation activities.

Identify and acquire corporate customers across industries, perform sales calls, maintain and grow existing accounts, and build strong customer relationships with regular visits and account management in Bali.
