- Assist the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales team in preparing, organizing, and archiving FAB (Subscription Application Form) documents and other supporting sales documents.
- Monitor and track the status of new customer sales processes, ensuring relevant information is updated accurately and regularly.
- Maintain and organize customer and sales-related data to support accurate and timely administrative processes.
- Support the Sales team with other administrative tasks and documentation related to the customer acquisition process.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling data and documents.
- Able to manage administrative tasks in a timely manner and willing to learn about sales processes.
- Good communication skills and able to work effectively with the Sales team.
