Provides administrative support for provider network services and serves as a liaison between the network department, external customers, and internal stakeholders within a managed care environment.

Full-time night-shift Charge Registered Nurse providing specialized pediatric intensive care at Swedish First Hill. Responsibilities include delivering patient-focused care and demonstrating nursing leadership. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Washington RN licensure, American Heart Association BLS and PALS certifications, and at least one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Provides patient care support under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, selective procedures, and treatment-related tasks. Addresses patients’ physical and age-related needs while collaborating with caregivers and other teams to coordinate unit activities and information flow. The role is part-time at Providence Alaska Medical Center and requires BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Provides pre- and post-recovery nursing care at Providence St. Peter Hospital. Delivers patient-focused care, applies specialized nursing training, and supports whole-person health. Requires a Washington RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and one year of nursing experience. Specialty certification is preferred.

Provides comprehensive optometric care by examining and assessing eyes and visual systems, diagnosing and treating visual conditions and eye diseases, managing injuries and disorders, and prescribing eyeglasses or contact lenses. Requires a Doctor of Optometry degree, California licensure, BLS certification, and a related bachelor’s degree. Two years of optometry experience is preferred.

Provides patient-focused nursing care in a recovery setting at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. Responsibilities include applying specialized nursing training, delivering compassionate whole-person care, and supporting patients under a day-shift schedule. Requires an accredited nursing program, Washington RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Monitors hospital parking, entrances, building access, visitors, badging, and visitor-policy compliance. Performs in-person screening, video surveillance, dispatch, and visitor-management duties while supporting Security Services and Emergency Management. May use radios, visitor-management software, cameras, and detection applications to help prevent workplace violence. Serves as the first point of contact for hospital visitors and provides customer service.

Oversee clinical quality programs across clinics by standardizing workflows, protocols, policies, and best practices. An associate degree and one year of radiology technologist experience are preferred.

Supports physicians in invasive electrophysiology testing and treatment for adult and pediatric patients. Performs precise diagnostic mapping, assists with related procedures, troubleshoots laboratory equipment, and coordinates with Clinical Engineering to maintain equipment functionality and minimize downtime.

Represents the laboratory to patients, physicians, offices, and the public while assisting technical staff with specimen receiving, accessioning, and processing. Maintains compliance with laboratory procedures, safety requirements, infection-control standards, and accreditation regulations. Requires a high school diploma or GED, completed phlebotomy training, and Washington medical assistant phlebotomist or medical assistant certification upon hire.

Provides physical security for hospital patients, visitors, staff, and property. Patrols facilities, responds to alarms and security incidents, monitors cameras and access systems, documents activities, reports hazards, supports patient handling, assists clinical staff with release and restraint matters, and provides directions and customer service. May use physical force and perform strenuous emergency response activities. Must work across multiple campuses as staffing requires.

Provides medical nutrition therapy to patients under the Clinical Nutrition Manager’s supervision. Responsibilities include nutritional assessments, therapeutic plan development, nutrition education, and monitoring patient responses. Collaborates with healthcare team members and delivers age-appropriate care across assigned units. Requires a nutrition-related degree, national Registered Dietitian credential, and Washington certification within six months of hire.

Coordinates and supports clinical research activities at a medical center, collaborating with investigators, physicians, and healthcare professionals. Ensures studies comply with Good Clinical Practice, FDA regulations, 21 CFR requirements, IRB guidelines, and ethical standards.
