Provide perioperative clinical leadership using the Synergy Model: support, supervise, and evaluate new staff; establish clinical standards and competencies; act as a clinical resource; facilitate multidisciplinary rounds and physician collaboration to improve nursing care and patient outcomes.

Collects and processes laboratory specimens; assists technologists in Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Histology; performs clerical/reception duties; communicates between laboratory, hospital areas, and clients. Performs a variety of CT procedures under general direction, applying ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging. Works variable part-time shifts at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, following safety protocols and certification requirements to provide patient-focused care.

Provide high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services within the healthcare team to optimize patients' medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Collaborate with clinicians, deliver clinical pharmacy services in an acute care hospital setting, and maintain professional licensure and practice standards.

Manage Central Service department operations including staffing, supplies, instrumentation, equipment, departmental policies, and full P&L responsibility. Ensure patient/customer satisfaction and compliance with sterile processing standards while supporting departmental leadership and Providence system initiatives.

Manage the new product request (NPR) process: assess product function and cost, review product/change requests, coordinate trials/evaluations, communicate decisions, and support product standardization and cost-reduction initiatives while preserving quality.

Manage and schedule the entire Nursing Services staff at Providence Medford Medical Center. Create and maintain day-shift schedules covering weekdays and weekends, ensure adequate staffing coverage, communicate with caregivers, and support operational staffing needs.

Plans, organizes and implements staff orientation, competency validation, and clinical education for department staff; serves as a resource for provider, patient, and family education; supports clinical education programs and the organization's mission and values.

Performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) and other cardiac diagnostic tests for physician evaluation and treatment. Works per diem variable shifts, maintains required certifications (cardiac sonographer credential, BLS, Fire and Life Safety Card), and may care for adult and pediatric patients in a hospital cardiology setting.

Support the surgical team by maintaining a clean, organized OR, assisting nurses and anesthesia with patient care and equipment, ordering and stocking supplies, transporting patients, and possibly scheduling surgeries.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple senior executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing materials and communications, driving follow-through on initiatives, and providing cross-coverage within a shared administrative team.
