Provides patient care support under RN direction, performs assigned EMT duties, maintains a safe and organized care environment, and completes clerical tasks including order transcription, data entry, record maintenance, telephone answering, and unit reception.

Lead system-wide pharmacy clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and medication safety/quality initiatives. Support executive leadership to develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate pharmacy programs across regions, partnering with directors and regional teams to achieve strategic and regulatory objectives.

Prepare menus for all diet types, forecast daily food production, assist clinical dietitian and diet technicians, communicate with patients about meal preferences and diets, and provide high-quality customer service.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and hospital policies. Requires California radiologic technologist licensure, ARRT national certification, American Heart Association BLS certification, a California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days, and knowledge of daylight processing systems. Provides patient-focused care in a hospital diagnostic imaging environment.

Perform diagnostic echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound procedures across all ages with technical accuracy under minimal supervision to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment. Maintain certifications and follow clinical protocols.

Provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory clinic through in-person, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters. Assesses patients, develops and implements care plans, evaluates outcomes, provides education, coordinates care, collaborates with healthcare professionals, supports clinicians, and maintains compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Provides delegated, routine patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Duties include taking vital signs, performing EKGs, assisting with basic patient care, transporting patients, and responding appropriately to patients and families according to age-specific needs and unit requirements.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound imaging for patients across all ages, collaborates with radiologists, participates in quality improvement, mentors junior sonographers, and covers call schedule as needed.

Directs daily operations for an orthopedic physician practice, overseeing financial and personnel management, physician support, administrative decision-making, policy adherence, and organizational procedures with minimal supervision. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, four years of related experience, and two years of leadership experience.

Provides comprehensive ambulatory nursing care across the lifespan through in-person, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care and education; coordinates care with healthcare team members; supports clinicians; and maintains professional nursing and regulatory compliance. Requires an active RN license, BLS certification, oncology chemotherapy training, and 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Provides specialized nursing care to orthopedic patients on a .9 FTE night shift schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active state RN license, American Heart Association BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Provide childbirth education to expectant and new families and their support networks through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Help families transition to parenthood, deliver classes and educational support, and coordinate care within the Providence Swedish health system.

Provides initial clinical orientation and ongoing competency testing for RN clinicians in infusion nursing. Partners with home health agencies and long-term care facilities to support infusion skills programs while delivering compassionate care to patients receiving infusion treatments for infections, nutrition, pain management, cancer, and chronic conditions.

Provides collaborative clinical pharmacy services with physicians and healthcare staff, manages patient populations using disease registries and clinical reports, optimizes medication therapy, educates patients and healthcare professionals, and supports pharmacy learner training and preceptorship.

Provides pharmaceutical care, medication information, and consultation to patients and healthcare professionals. Ensures prescriptions and medication orders are filled accurately and on time within a hospital setting.

Provides front-desk assistance, greets visitors, determines their needs, distributes identification badges to contractors and vendors, maintains daily activity and lost-and-found logs, writes memos, answers telephones, and performs other duties assigned by the DPS manager or supervisor.

Provides patient-focused nursing care in an assisted living environment. Applies LPN training to deliver compassionate, whole-person care, follows institutional procedures, completes annual in-service training, maintains Alaska LPN licensure and BLS certification, and may complete MDS responsibilities when cross-trained to an extended care facility.

Performs phlebotomy, specimen processing, labeling, handling, and basic client service tasks such as requisition entry, verification, and filing. Must complete phlebotomy and specimen processing competencies within three months and basic client service competency within one year. The role supports accurate, timely specimen collection and processing while following established policies.

Supports rehabilitation therapists with efficient patient care delivery, assists with direct patient care within the therapist’s practice scope, performs clerical duties, and manages departmental statistics. Requires National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
