Provides initial clinical orientation and ongoing competency testing for RN clinicians in infusion nursing. Partners with home health agencies and long-term care facilities to support infusion skills programs while delivering compassionate care to patients receiving infusion treatments for infections, nutrition, pain management, cancer, and chronic conditions.

Provides collaborative clinical pharmacy services with physicians and healthcare staff, manages patient populations using disease registries and clinical reports, optimizes medication therapy, educates patients and healthcare professionals, and supports pharmacy learner training and preceptorship.

Provides pharmaceutical care, medication information, and consultation to patients and healthcare professionals. Ensures prescriptions and medication orders are filled accurately and on time within a hospital setting.

Provides front-desk assistance, greets visitors, determines their needs, distributes identification badges to contractors and vendors, maintains daily activity and lost-and-found logs, writes memos, answers telephones, and performs other duties assigned by the DPS manager or supervisor.

Provides patient-focused nursing care in an assisted living environment. Applies LPN training to deliver compassionate, whole-person care, follows institutional procedures, completes annual in-service training, maintains Alaska LPN licensure and BLS certification, and may complete MDS responsibilities when cross-trained to an extended care facility.

Performs phlebotomy, specimen processing, labeling, handling, and basic client service tasks such as requisition entry, verification, and filing. Must complete phlebotomy and specimen processing competencies within three months and basic client service competency within one year. The role supports accurate, timely specimen collection and processing while following established policies.

Supports rehabilitation therapists with efficient patient care delivery, assists with direct patient care within the therapist’s practice scope, performs clerical duties, and manages departmental statistics. Requires National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Provide EMT-level support to nursing staff by performing patient care tasks delegated by RNs, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and completing clerical duties such as transcribing orders, data entry, answering phones, and unit reception.

Performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations and other cardiac diagnostic tests for physician evaluation and treatment. The role supports adult and pediatric cardiac imaging in a hospital setting and requires national cardiac sonography or cardiovascular certification, American Heart Association BLS certification, and specialized cardiac ultrasound training or experience.

Performs transthoracic echocardiograms for inpatient and outpatient populations and assists physicians with transesophageal and stress echocardiograms. Completes patient worksheets, processes reports, participates in quality improvement, and collaborates with the Cardiovascular Imaging Manager on departmental matters. Requires diagnostic medical ultrasound education, national cardiac sonography certification through ARDMS or CCI, and American Heart Association BLS certification. Adult echocardiography experience is preferred.

Performs CT imaging and related patient-care procedures using a multi-slice CT scanner, power injectors, and monitoring equipment. Starts IVs and administers physician-directed contrast by various routes. Provides patient-focused customer service, collaborates within a team, and performs diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures. Requires radiologic technology training, Washington licensure, BLS certification, ARRT radiography registration, and CT certification within one year of hire.

Audits pre- and post-payment managed care claims, documents processing and payment errors, reports findings, and provides feedback to support regulatory and health-plan compliance. The role maintains data integrity and accuracy standards through routine and complex audits of claims adjudication and procedural requirements, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and OneCare Connect claims.

Ensures accurate patient account and claims data for timely billing and reimbursement. Monitors electronic claims transmissions, researches and resolves clearinghouse rejections, and maintains compliance with government billing regulations. Coordinates registration, claim edits, and follow-up activities while communicating with insurers, government payers, healthcare staff, physicians, and patients to resolve billing issues and patient accounts.

Prepares menus for various diet types, forecasts daily food production, and assists clinical dietitians and diet technicians. Communicates directly with patients about meal preferences and dietary needs while delivering quality customer service. The role requires a food handler card and customer service experience; healthcare food service experience is preferred. Part-time and full-time openings are available at a regional medical center.

Processes full-board and expedited IRB reviews, adverse events, protocol modifications, informed consent forms, and other human-subjects research activities. Analyzes regulatory submissions, supports IRB members, advises researchers, and serves as a liaison to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements. This intermediate-level role requires proficiency in HRPP and IRB operations.

Performs CT imaging procedures for patients of all ages according to clinical protocols, hospital policies, radiation safety practices, and regulatory standards. Assists radiologists and referring physicians, collaborates with imaging teams, and coordinates with scheduling and physician offices. Requires California radiologic licensure, ARRT radiography and CT certification, BLS certification, continuing education, and at least two years of hospital clinical experience.

Performs CT and related diagnostic imaging procedures for pediatric and adult patients under radiologist and department leadership. Provides patient-centered service, follows age-specific standards, supports quality and performance improvement, serves as a technical resource, participates in call coverage, and adapts to department staffing needs.

Abstracts newly diagnosed cancer cases, supports case identification, performs data quality control, responds to inquiries, maintains registry databases, extracts data, and submits reports to state and central cancer registries.

Provides nutritional care to patients and residents according to physician orders and regulatory requirements. Assesses patients with nutritional risk factors, develops nutrition care plans, delivers interventions, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This per diem role works 8-hour day shifts at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, California.

Develops, implements, and sustains training programs for clinical caregivers within Providence Medical Group. Applies educational theory and change-management methods to improve staff competency, safe clinical practice, and patient outcomes. Collaborates with nursing leadership, operational managers, interdisciplinary teams, clinical educators, and nurse experts to create aligned educational initiatives and promote excellence in nursing practice.
