Under a staff radiologist's direction, prepares and images patients for diagnostic radiographic studies, operates and maintains imaging equipment, processes CR cassettes, transports patients, follows ALARA safety policies, participates in quality improvement, and is available for standby and other assigned duties on night shifts.

Performs advanced diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures under departmental supervision, collaborates with radiologists, provides patient-focused customer service, participates in quality control and process improvement, and works variable per diem shifts.

Provide specialized hematology/oncology nursing care at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care, collaborate with care teams, educate patients and families, document care, and maintain BLS and state RN licensure.

Provide lactation assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation for inpatients and outpatients. Serve as lead consultant offering breastfeeding education to patients and nursing staff, ensuring consistent support across postpartum, newborn, and couplet care settings. Support NICU training as needed and maintain IBCLC credentials and BLS certification.

Provide specialized critical care as an ICU Registered Nurse: deliver patient-focused, whole-person care, perform assessments, administer treatments, monitor patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, and maintain required certifications.

Oversees and develops clinical and non-clinical clinic staff, mentors team members, collaborates with Nursing Quality Supervisor to ensure staff competency, removes barriers for Patient Centered Medical Home teams, and promotes excellent patient care while supporting Providence's mission.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room, applying specialized training to care for surgical patients, collaborate with surgical teams, maintain patient safety, and meet documentation and regulatory requirements. Participate in institutional programs and follow Providence policies and procedures.

Manage centralized timekeeping and scheduling for nursing units: approve timecards, maintain payroll records, create and balance monthly staff schedules, approve PTO and shift trades, arrange supplemental staffing, support Staffing Specialists, ensure compliance with labor laws and Providence policies, and produce Kronos reports for nursing leadership.

Supervise and coordinate patient care support staff, develop and implement quality improvement programs, ensure efficient resource allocation, and maintain clinical standards and compliance for patients newborn and older.

Provide prescriptive live music (harp and voice) to palliative and dying patients to address spiritual, physical, and emotional needs; educate staff and community about music-thanatology; maintain required MTAI certification within two years of hire; work on-call day schedule within the hospital.

Provide comprehensive ambulatory nursing care across the lifespan using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Deliver in-person, telephonic/telehealth, and electronic encounters; coordinate care, educate patients, support clinicians, and maintain regulatory and professional nursing standards.

Provide supervised bedside support in the infusion department: maintain a safe, clean environment, perform delegated tasks, communicate patient needs to the RN/charge nurse, and assist patients, families, and providers during assigned shifts.

Under supervision of a licensed clinician, the Rehabilitation Aide assists with direct and indirect patient care, maintains a clean orderly therapy department, and supports staff, patients, families, and visitors while following hospital policies and safety procedures.

Performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) exams as ordered by physicians with minimal supervision, prepares and positions patients, acquires and documents diagnostic images, maintains equipment and records, and follows safety and clinical protocols while communicating findings to the care team.

Provide comprehensive ambulatory nursing care for gastroenterology patients: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; coordinate with clinicians; deliver teaching via in-person, telehealth, or electronic encounters; maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage the Annual Fund and sponsorship programs, oversee donor cultivation, stewardship activities and events, and support foundation/development operations to drive fundraising goals.

Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room, applying acute-care skills, patient-focused whole-person care, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe operative outcomes.

Plan, direct, and manage nursing care for the NICU; oversee 24-hour unit operations including staffing, budgeting, policy and program development, employee relations, and patient satisfaction; ensure specialty practice guidelines and quality patient care; foster interdisciplinary collaboration and mentor staff.

Provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory clinic using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate care and teaching via in-person, telephonic, or telehealth encounters. Coordinates care with the healthcare team, supports clinicians, maintains professional and regulatory standards, and delivers patient-centered care across the lifespan.

Collects and processes blood specimens for inpatients, ER, and outpatients across all age groups. Performs microbiology specimen inoculation and processes referrals. Provides patient assessment and care and maintains required competencies.
