Own the strategy, design, and production development of Provenir’s identity graph and graph-driven intelligence. Build pipelines for identity resolution, link analysis, clustering, anomaly detection, ranking, and fraud intelligence. Partner with engineering and product teams to translate business problems into product capabilities, establish data science standards, and ensure quality, scale, and explainability. Mentor colleagues and eventually grow a data science team while remaining hands-on with graph methods, analytical tooling, and pragmatic AI applications.

Responsibilities include technical leadership, cloud-native architecture, roadmap development, testing, code reviews, mentoring, recruitment, stakeholder communication, and improving engineering processes. The role requires extensive Java and Spring experience, AWS cloud development, RESTful APIs, stream processing, low-latency applications, generative and agentic AI, and strong software delivery practices.

Researches enterprise prospects in financial services, identifies decision-makers, conducts needs analysis, and generates and qualifies leads for the sales team. Uses LinkedIn Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to build prospect databases, personalize outreach, manage CRM records, and nurture leads. Collaborates with Marketing and Sales, engages C-level B2B contacts, supports campaigns, and operates in a quota-driven environment.

Partners with sales and customer-facing teams to sell Provenir’s risk-decisioning platform. Conducts customer discovery, delivers tailored demonstrations, presents solution value, supports RFPs, and leads design and architecture workshops. Advises clients on credit risk, fraud prevention, and financial crime detection while aligning AI/ML capabilities with business needs. Maintains demonstration environments, supports webinars and thought leadership, coordinates solution handoffs to Professional Services, and shares customer insights with Product and internal teams.

Design and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, microservices, graph databases, analytics, AI/ML models, and agentic workflows. Build quality gates in CI/CD pipelines, provision ephemeral test environments, validate probabilistic outputs, monitor test reliability, and support root-cause analysis. Partner with engineering and data science teams on shift-left testing, model evaluation, graph data validation, release automation, and process improvements.

Build and maintain scalable enterprise software, primarily front-end applications within the Angular ecosystem. Design reusable components, integrate APIs and backend services, and support multi-tenancy and high availability. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with architecture and development teams in an agile environment while contributing to new products and enhancements.

Support Latin American client engagements by building, evaluating, interpreting, and explaining data science solutions for decisioning, risk, fraud, collections, and business automation. Use Python and machine learning libraries to prepare data, develop models, create insights, and provide recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Data Science teams; contribute to workshops, demonstrations, documentation, testing, monitoring, and client delivery. The role is remote from São Paulo, requires Portuguese and English fluency, and may involve occasional travel.

Own and prioritise the platform product backlog, work with remote engineering to refine stories and unblock delivery, shape roadmap with leadership, gather and validate requirements with stakeholders/customers, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and balance features, technical debt and operational stability while understanding APIs, data models and integrations.

The Enterprise Account Executive drives revenue through high-value contracts, managing complex sales processes and relationships with executive stakeholders in financial services.

Generate and qualify new business leads within financial services by researching prospects, conducting needs analyses, engaging C-level contacts, logging activity in Salesforce, collaborating with marketing, and handing off qualified opportunities to sales.
