We are looking for a Country Director in Brazil who will serve as Provenir’s senior commercial executive and market leader for one of the company's most strategic growth markets. This role is responsible for the overall commercial success of Brazil, including revenue growth, profitability, client expansion, market positioning, and long-term business development.

The successful candidate will develop and execute the country strategy, lead the commercial organization, build executive relationships across a variety of ecosystems, specifically financial services, and ensure alignment between regional objectives and global business priorities.

As the face of Provenir in Brazil, the Country Director will act as a trusted advisor to clients, industry leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders while driving sustainable growth and market leadership.

What You’ll Do

Business Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and execute the overall Brazil business strategy aligned with Provenir's global growth objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a multi-year growth plan for the Brazilian market.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats.

  • Serve as the executive representative of Provenir across customers, partners, industry associations, and market events.

  • Drive market awareness and strengthen Provenir's position as a leading decisioning solution provider.

Revenue & P&L Ownership

  • Own the country's revenue, bookings, and profitability targets.

  • Develop annual operating plans, forecasts, and growth projections.

  • Maintain accountability for business performance, gross margin, and commercial efficiency.

  • Monitor and manage sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and financial results.

  • Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Drive strategic account expansion and maximize customer lifetime value.

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Lead complex enterprise pursuits with banks, fintechs, lenders, payment providers, and digital financial institutions.

  • Develop executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key business decision-makers.

  • Personally engage in strategic opportunities and large transformational deals.

  • Guide negotiations of enterprise agreements and strategic partnerships.

  • Ensure a disciplined sales process and forecasting methodology across the territory.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial organization in Brazil.

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent as the business grows.

  • Partner across key departments at Provenir, including Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery teams.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 12+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, or financial technology leadership experience.

  • Proven track record leading revenue growth in Brazil within banking, lending, risk, fraud, analytics, or related technology sectors.

  • Experience owning or influencing P&L performance.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling commercial organizations.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Board-level and C-suite stakeholders.

  • Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles and large strategic accounts.

  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian financial services ecosystem.

  • Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and business management capabilities.

  • Professional English required.
