Coordinate and manage the facility Food Safety and HACCP programs, perform daily evaluations and audits, create and deliver food safety training, track deviations and corrective actions, support FSIS and third-party audits, maintain records and reporting, and spend substantial time on the production floor to verify implementation of food safety systems.

Provide administrative HR support: maintain personnel files, perform HRIS data entry, audit I-9s, handle reference checks, monitor attendance and absenteeism, administer FMLA/STD, and respond to routine HR information requests.

Manage bi-weekly/weekly payroll for up to 1,000 employees and maintain HRIS (Paycom) data. Audit timecards, process lifecycle transactions, support payroll adjustments, ensure compliance, prepare reports and year-end W-2s, assist audits, troubleshoot system issues, and drive process and system improvements.

Lead controls technician role to design, install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, drives, and Fanuc robots; provide leadership, document work, maintain backups, support SCADA/data collection, and improve maintenance standards.

Manage field supplier quality for assigned markets, build relationships with McDonald’s staff, monitor product performance and damages, support new product deployment, gather field data, troubleshoot quality issues, and promote food safety and brand reputation.

Perform manufacturing financial analysis including budgeting, cost and variance analysis, month-end close support, new item setup in Adage, pricing and special project support, and reporting to drive cost savings and operational decisions.
