Maintains and supports servers, network equipment, user devices, accounts, permissions, backups, patches, and security monitoring. Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues, provides employee technical support, documents systems and procedures, and travels regularly between Ponca City and Oklahoma City.

Handles product incident complaints for U.S. customer accounts, documents investigations, negotiates credits, and communicates with customers and consumers. Coordinates with Quality Assurance, plant personnel, and supplier support teams to investigate claims, retrieve incident objects, review reports, and ensure customer procedures are followed. Monitors complaint trends, reports critical incidents, supports strategic initiatives, and contributes to team development and mentoring.

Coordinates, delivers, documents, and improves training programs for production, sanitation, engineering, and FSQS associates. Assesses training needs, supports new-hire tryouts and orientations, develops educational materials and procedures, records completion in Alchemy, evaluates course effectiveness, and reports training KPIs. Requires strong communication, English proficiency, Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a high school diploma. Spanish fluency is preferred.
