Lead and scale Prometteur’s B2B technology sales function by developing sales strategy, managing enterprise pipelines and forecasts, closing strategic deals, building partnerships, and growing international revenue. The role includes hiring and mentoring the sales team, establishing sales processes and KPIs, managing C-level relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technology, product, marketing, and delivery teams.

Creates original visual concepts and high-quality graphic assets across branding, marketing, product, and digital communications. Responsibilities include visual storytelling, typography, composition, UX-informed design, adapting concepts across formats, presenting creative decisions, managing multiple projects, and maintaining quality through final delivery. The role also involves experimenting with AI and emerging creative tools while collaborating with UX, product, marketing, content, and development teams.

Assists with digital marketing campaigns, market and competitor research, social media content, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, customer outreach, marketing materials, and performance analysis.

Design, build, and scale end-to-end applications using Python FastAPI and React.js. Develop SQL and NoSQL database solutions, secure REST APIs, and production AI/ML features such as predictive models, NLP, and LLM integrations. Own features from specification through deployment, optimize performance, support testing and CI/CD, conduct code reviews, and communicate technical decisions across teams. Mentor colleagues while contributing independently to scalable, high-availability systems.

Develop and govern brand positioning, narratives, messaging frameworks, voice, and visual-verbal identity systems. Collaborate with design, marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand execution. Create brand guidelines, messaging architecture, and playbooks; audit brand usage and evolve positioning based on market feedback and trends.

Conduct brand and market research, analyze consumer behavior and competitor strategies, design and run surveys and focus groups, translate data into actionable branding insights, monitor brand KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
