Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy Development
● Define brand positioning, mission, vision, and core values
● Identify target audience segments and craft relevant brand narratives
● Develop differentiated messaging frameworks aligned with business goals

2. Brand Voice & Messaging
● Create and document brand voice (tone, personality, language principles)
● Develop messaging hierarchies (taglines, value propositions, key messages)
● Ensure consistency across all written communication (website, ads, product, social)

3. Identity System Design
● Build comprehensive brand identity systems (visual + verbal)
● Define typography, color systems, iconography, imagery direction, and layout principles
● Create scalable design systems and brand guidelines for cross-team usage

4. Cross-Functional Alignment
● Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and leadership teams
● Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, product experiences, and sales materials
● Translate strategy into actionable creative direction

5. Brand Governance & Evolution
● Maintain and update brand guidelines as the company evolves
● Audit brand usage across channels and ensure adherence
● Continuously refine brand positioning based on market feedback and trends

Required Skills & Experience
● 4+ years in brand strategy, branding, or communications roles
● Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer psychology
● Proven experience in building brand voice and identity systems
● Ability to translate abstract ideas into structured frameworks Core Competencies
