The role includes hiring and mentoring the sales team, establishing sales processes and KPIs, managing C-level relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technology, product, marketing, and delivery teams.

Creates original visual concepts and high-quality graphic assets across branding, marketing, product, and digital communications. Responsibilities include visual storytelling, typography, composition, UX-informed design, adapting concepts across formats, presenting creative decisions, managing multiple projects, and maintaining quality through final delivery. The role also involves experimenting with AI and emerging creative tools while collaborating with UX, product, marketing, content, and development teams.
