Manage a portfolio of enterprise FMCG and technology customers, serving as the primary contact and coordinating internal service teams. Drive customer satisfaction, ROI, product adoption, renewals, and upselling opportunities. Build strong client relationships, deliver product demonstrations and training, and develop expertise in digital commerce, the Profitero+ platform, and competitive solutions. The role requires strong organization, communication, commercial awareness, and account management experience in SaaS, eCommerce, FMCG, or technology environments.

Lead a team managing enterprise accounts, owning client retention, growth, renewals, upselling, account strategy, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a senior escalation point and primary client contact while building executive relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. Mentor Account Managers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, drive product adoption and ROI, oversee KPIs, and represent customer needs in business and product planning.

Manage customer SaaS deployments and upgrades from requirements gathering through delivery and close-out. Responsibilities include project planning, documentation, resource coordination, progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, change control, and continuous process improvement. The role manages multiple small-to-medium implementations while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
