Build and maintain client-facing dashboards, ETL processes, data models, and analytical solutions using SQL, Snowflake, Python, dbt, and BI tools. Translate client requirements into technical solutions, review code and AI-generated outputs, optimize data workflows, mentor junior analysts, and support emerging AI and machine-learning offerings.

Lead scoping, planning, delivery, and ongoing management of custom analytics engagements. Coordinate clients, account teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders; define requirements, scopes, timelines, proposals, and risks; track milestones across concurrent projects; resolve delivery issues; maintain quality; and improve processes and client experience.

Analyze eCommerce and digital shelf data, identify commercially relevant insights, create client presentations, support meetings and workshops, and develop actionable recommendations. The role involves managing multiple deliverables, collaborating with Insights, Customer Success, and technical teams, and using validated AI tools to improve insight generation. It is an early-career, client-facing position focused on analytical storytelling rather than coding, data engineering, or statistical modeling.
