As a Customer Support Associate, you will assist Profitero+ customers with product inquiries, solve technical issues, and bridge communication between clients and internal teams.

Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis for strategic consulting engagements, synthesize data from Profitero+, clients and third parties, conduct first-party research, create executive-ready presentations, support client workshops, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing to drive actionable digital commerce recommendations.

Lead multi-market eCommerce and omnichannel strategy engagements across EMEA. Serve as senior client advisor, project lead, and commercial owner; deliver on-time, high-quality analysis and recommendations; drive advisory revenue, develop consulting offerings, mentor consultants, and align cross-functionally to scale the Advisory practice.
