Manage customer SaaS deployments and upgrades from requirements gathering through delivery and close-out. Responsibilities include project planning, documentation, resource coordination, progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, change control, and continuous process improvement. The role manages multiple small-to-medium implementations while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis for strategic consulting engagements, synthesize data from Profitero+, clients and third parties, conduct first-party research, create executive-ready presentations, support client workshops, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing to drive actionable digital commerce recommendations.
