The Strategy & Operations Analyst will execute high-impact strategies for clients, owning AI-based strategies, driving initiatives, and measuring business outcomes.

Conduct stakeholder conversations, interpret technical specifications, spot details, support client engagements, and coordinate across US-overlapping hours. Embed security across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, manage and optimise AWS and Kubernetes (Terraform, IaC), run monitoring/incident response (Prometheus/Grafana), support AI/ML infra (GPU, model serving), drive cloud cost optimisation, and automate operational tasks with scripts and tooling.

As a DevOps Engineer at Prodigal, you'll develop components for voice AI agents, integrate speech models, debug issues, and improve model performance with real-time processing.

Sell Prodigal's AI solutions to mid-market consumer finance companies. Build and manage a pipeline, close an $800k+ quota, manage complex deals, collaborate cross-functionally, gather market insights, and help scale sales processes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The Deployment Strategist role focuses on deploying AI agents in the consumer finance industry, managing customer projects from contract to go-live, ensuring operational excellence and continuous system improvement.

Build and maintain the agentic runtime and context management for multi-turn financial conversations; integrate and tune speech models (STT/TTS), optimize real-time voice pipelines for sub-1s latency, debug streaming/WebRTC issues, write prompts and orchestration for LLMs, and contribute to evaluation frameworks measuring conversation quality, compliance, and empathy.

The Strategy and Operations Lead will drive strategic initiatives, analyze data, and support decision-making processes for operational improvements. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, market research, and strategic planning.
