Manage the full post-onboarding customer lifecycle for B2B SaaS clients, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction. Build and manage scalable data pipelines in Databricks, transform raw data with SQL and dbt, and produce reliable data assets. Collaborate across teams to deliver insights for products, AI, and business decisions. Support machine learning research by validating model performance, optimize data processing and reporting, and work with AWS services, Airflow, visualization tools, and databases.

Research financial services topics, identify compelling insights, and create content across LinkedIn, articles, reports, executive communications, newsletters, customer stories, email campaigns, videos, and events. The intern will experiment with formats, connect content across the buyer journey, use AI for research and iteration, and develop a deep understanding of financial institutions, customers, and regulations.

Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to U.S. financial-services accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels. Sell Prodigal's AI solutions to mid-market consumer finance companies. Build and manage a pipeline, close an $800k+ quota, manage complex deals, collaborate cross-functionally, gather market insights, and help scale sales processes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The Deployment Strategist role focuses on deploying AI agents in the consumer finance industry, managing customer projects from contract to go-live, ensuring operational excellence and continuous system improvement.

Build and maintain the agentic runtime and context management for multi-turn financial conversations; integrate and tune speech models (STT/TTS), optimize real-time voice pipelines for sub-1s latency, debug streaming/WebRTC issues, write prompts and orchestration for LLMs, and contribute to evaluation frameworks measuring conversation quality, compliance, and empathy.

The Strategy and Operations Lead will drive strategic initiatives, analyze data, and support decision-making processes for operational improvements. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, market research, and strategic planning.
