Manage finance strategy and operations for a fast-growing AI startup. Responsibilities include strategic planning, decision support, financial reporting under US GAAP, book consolidation, financial controls, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable and payable, India and U.S. tax compliance, KPI monitoring, and investor reporting. The role partners closely with founders, executives, external accountants, and cross-functional teams to build scalable finance processes.

Build and manage scalable data pipelines in Databricks, transform raw data with SQL and dbt, and produce reliable data assets. Collaborate across teams to deliver insights for products, AI, and business decisions. Support machine learning research by validating model performance, optimize data processing and reporting, and work with AWS services, Airflow, visualization tools, and databases.

Research financial services topics, identify compelling insights, and create content across LinkedIn, articles, reports, executive communications, newsletters, customer stories, email campaigns, videos, and events. The intern will experiment with formats, connect content across the buyer journey, use AI for research and iteration, and develop a deep understanding of financial institutions, customers, and regulations.
