Hands-on 4-month in-person internship to deploy LLM-based AI agents into production for loan servicing and collections. Work with enterprise customers to map workflows, design agent behaviors, run structured test calls, validate performance, own deployment milestones, and track post-go-live KPIs to ensure safe, compliant, measurable agent operation.

The Strategy and Operations Lead will drive strategic initiatives, analyze data, and support decision-making processes for operational improvements. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, market research, and strategic planning.

The Strategy & Operations Analyst will execute high-impact strategies for clients, owning AI-based strategies, driving initiatives, and measuring business outcomes.
