Build virtual and in-person communities, develop campaigns, grow patient advocacy partnerships, test acquisition and engagement tactics, track patient growth and CAC, and create scalable community-driven growth playbooks. Represent the company at conferences, fundraisers, and events while maintaining an empathetic, high-trust brand voice.

Lead partnerships with biopharma and biotech clients, manage deal coordination, maintain CRM, and support commercial documentation. Develop education programs and handle complex project management.

The Senior Data Scientist will develop, validate, and operationalize AI models for diagnosing complex diseases, enhance data analysis processes, and establish MLOps infrastructure while leading data-driven initiatives.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement AI-enabled patient experiences, develop APIs, and enhance genetic sequencing workflows.
