Lead a new product line end to end, owning its vision, strategy, roadmap, and customer-informed improvements. Manage post-sale relationships with key biopharma accounts, deliver data-driven insights, run account check-ins, identify risks, and support renewals and expansion. Translate customer feedback into product requirements while partnering with business development and engineering. Build lightweight AI-assisted tools and automations to streamline reporting and customer operations.

Lead partnerships with biopharma and biotech clients, manage deal coordination, maintain CRM, and support commercial documentation. Develop education programs and handle complex project management.

The Senior Data Scientist will develop, validate, and operationalize AI models for diagnosing complex diseases, enhance data analysis processes, and establish MLOps infrastructure while leading data-driven initiatives.

Build and grow a community of creators, patient advocates, and partners to find undiagnosed patients and drive genetic testing. Recruit and manage affiliates and advocates, create UGC and social content, develop referral programs and incentives, cultivate partnerships with patient advocacy groups, and capture/publish sensitive patient stories across channels.
