Chief of Staff serving as the Founder and CEO’s strategic partner. Responsibilities include managing venture fundraising and investor relations, preparing board materials, leading cross-functional initiatives, improving organizational processes, preparing executive meetings, and drafting internal and external communications. The role requires strong consulting and startup operating experience, fundraising knowledge, AI literacy, exceptional writing, emotional intelligence, and comfort working in complex, fast-changing environments.

Lead a new product line from discovery through launch, owning its vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, metrics, and performance. Partner with engineering, conduct customer and market research, create data-driven insights, and manage post-sale relationships with key biopharma accounts. Develop AI-assisted workflow tools and collaborate on account strategy, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Lead community marketing strategy for patients, families, and caregivers affected by rare diseases. Build virtual and in-person communities, develop campaigns, grow patient advocacy partnerships, test acquisition and engagement tactics, track patient growth and CAC, and create scalable community-driven growth playbooks. Represent the company at conferences, fundraisers, and events while maintaining an empathetic, high-trust brand voice.
